ARK: Survival Evolved & Ascended Companion
Tips & Strategies
They're awesome at gathering wood, fiber, berries, raw meat and hide.
They're great fighters too but trust me, it takes long to take if you don't have kibble so be ready for a hell of a fight and a long time to take. Wait until it levels up to at least level 70 to bring it into the tougher areas but even at lower level these guys are simply killing machines. I have one at level 57 and it can go toe to toe with a level 90+ carno with ease. My favorite dino.

Very powerful fighters, harvesters, and lovers. That last one was a joke cause they will kill everything you own without remorse.
To get wood, use normal attack which is slashing with claws. To get berries, use bite attack. To use bite attack on mobile, change multi tap to alt attack 2 and tap with 2 fingers when riding the Therizinosaur. To get fiber, use the tickle with claws move. To use the tickle with claws move on mobile, jump when riding the Therizinosaur.
Need meat, hide, fiber, berries, thatch, wood, to clear out rexes, sarcos, spinos, etc, trophies, or to be a menace to society? The Tickle Chicken can help with that! Just not stone. The Tickle Chicken doesnβt like stone.
Hold left trigger down to harvest rare flowers. Otherwise you just get fiber.
Hey guys donβt write many tips, but found this pretty interesting and hadnβt seen a post regarding it. If you take the TC (Tickle Chicken) into the swamp and find the little dead looking brambles, use itβs delicate attack and it will harvest LOADS of species X seeds.
They are farming berries with the key "C" fiber with rightcklick and wood/tatch with leftclick
When tamed, it's primary use is to tickle enemies. Tickling enemies immobilises them for 20 seconds due to hysterical laughter.
In real life, the Theri eats plants but the ARK screwed it upβ¦ I saw it eat raptor corpses! ππ€£ππ€£ππ€£ Iβm planning to tame one.
Up for me to tame one!
This thing is a harvesting god when you tame it. It collects wood, thatch, berries and fiber at insane rates (and you can upgrade its gather rates similar to the moschops)
Anyone else notice it doesn't attack herbivores near it?
Cuz it's a herbivore too UP so noobs can see
