Personal I would kill a bunch of these things with my raptor to get prime meat

Sup easy to tame. If you wanna make a trap, it’s in trike section. It works for this guy too! You need bout 100 rocks and megoberries. Get pteranodon leaf it into trap, then start shooting with slingshot. !remember! Bring macro berries, narcotics, or bia toxin. It will take a while to tame, but are good mounts. (This mobile btw)

The stego's impale attack can impale larger creatures, like a rex after you hit them first. It may not always work, but it can happen.

Find one of them in the open, away from raptors and other predators, also, make sure you have a lot of berries or Rockarrots. Put wood walls around it when it’s knocked out so you block out small predators that attack you or the Stego. It might take a bit but you can still tame it.

If you have a fast creature shot it with tranq aroows till it gets close then hop on your take and run like crazy, then repeat. Mejoberries and 30 narco berries tamed me up a level 24 with tame boost to 35 on mobile at level 13 with my tranadon I couldn't lose. :)

Okay so use 13 tranq arrows and lure 2 to your base or house. if you have other Dino’s there put them on passive and tear one wall down. The steg can’t fit through but you can. Lastly just fill them with arrows.

These guys are the best starter tame on aberration. They’re tanky and can deal a lot of punishment, also they will get you berries and mushrooms easily in mass. You can confidently live off of mushrooms without ever having to worry about food and water when you have a stego!

You should definitely tame this get his health to 1000 and you can kill most of the beginner dinosaur with it it also gathers a lot of resources.

For Players Who Just started out , You can just craft a Slingshot And knock down Maybe a Level 1-22 with about 150 rocks , You can just runaway from them since they’re so slow, and when they start panicking, Just club them With a bat

The easiest way to knock it out it to grab it with a karkinos and stand near a titanoboa. Remember to kill the titanoboa or it will eat the Stego but be careful not to kill the stego. You can use the same titanoboa over and over again by holding it with a karkinos when not using it and/or keeping it in a pen.

Stegos are second best to the bronto for collecting berries and are much better than theris. %100 ark approved and by a professional ark player.

Easy to kill with first gun. I wasted a bit of ammo because the kill feed did not show and I was on a cliff and could only see its tail. Kill brontosaurus same way

If u have a female and Male keep breeding them don't claim the baby kill it when matures and u will have valuable resources after u harvest it.

Used 62 leftover Troodon kibble (now blue/Regular kibble) to tame a 145 and it came out perfect, just like the one I used Sarco kibble on before the update.

Easy to tame need some narc arrows and mejo berries also feed narc berries and leave it for a while somewhere safe to tame after a while of starving u can feed it up to tame fast

A 120 lvl stego or higher u should reconsider too not bring a Dino stegos are slow but powerful. If you brought your Dino it would have a good chance of dying depending on what it is people that want to tame stegos are probably lvl 45. You should trap the stego in a little one by one and then knock it out. I would highly recommend using tranc darts. It would be very easy if you used this strategy I tamed a lvl 217 stego wth the strategy it had a high taming rate so it went up 50 levels witch is amazing. You should tame it with kibble or veggies. Berries do work but that takes about two hours so my recommendation is most likely is kibble it’s favorite kibble will tame a 120 in about 30m-1hour. And will turn out about at level 172

These are pretty easy to tame, although they take enough time to be able to run a marathon if you don’t use kibble. For knocking it out just stand far away and use a slingshot or tranq darts/arrows and go for the head.

The best way to tame a stego is to find one stuck and helpless between some trees. Then they won't attack you and you can knock it out pretty easily.

Use on red mushrooms in abberation to get hundreds of rare mushrooms!
