This applies to all creatures that have a tek variation. But, at least for stegos and trikes, if you Engage the tek variant next to an living version they will not defend it. And vice versa. So, if you want a tame and it’s alone, next to a tek variant you are safe to engage without fear of getting overrun by others.

Use extra narcs on level 80 Steal the chart is wrong 19 wasted kibble and two hours since I had to berry tame. NARCS ARE CHEAP. That's what happens when you get confidence in a program.

Its not the best idea to attack them with swarms of little guys like the dilos or dimorphs. They have wide attacks, deal alot of damage, and take a beating. I lost my whole squad to one. But I found out that they can easily be killed by a baryonyx if you lure it to the water where the Bary can use its stun attack. After its stunned just stab it with a pike and use the stun attack whenever it snaps out of it.

So I'm an idiot and step one get a club step two find a stegosaurus of your desire step three hit it till it gets unconscious there you have a stegosaurus

You can't be nocked off your mount because of his plates he also can be good for pvp with its load of health and having a mode that increases health.

I find that Stegos are only good as bullet blocks. Ankylos are much better in most regards.

Dude these things are everything, if you’re an beginner get these!!! They’re amazing, they have different kind of modes (that’s for you to find out) and they are super helpful for defending. Takes about 10 or 15 narco arrows
