Sabertooth Salmon are generally passive, but attacking one can cause nearby salmon to swarm you and inflict bleeding. Avoid fighting them in the water, where other aggressive creatures may also be present, and use ranged attacks or eliminate one quickly to reduce the chance of being overwhelmed.
