These things are stronger than a raptor so once I was walking at night at north 1when it said dangerous area I looked around for danger but nothing (I did not have a torch)then suddenly 10! Sabers poured out of the night and killed me!

If you have a Sabertooth or Saber just so you know they are really good at getting chitin and keratin

These cats are easy to tame, they go down to the mighty bola and alternatively can be carried by an Argentavis to a taming pen. In my experience they usually go down after 3-5 tranquilizer darts (results may vary).

Funny how it say it takes 3 bronto kibble for lvl 19 saber i tamed it only with one bronto kibble and I didnt make it starve i gave it as soon as I K.O it

These guys live in the mountains, red peak, far peak, tooth mountain, just go on a rock and shoot them with tranqs, make sure you kill the ones that you don’t want that is in a pack and keep desired one you want, then shove some kibble or meat up their butt and you have your very own kitty!

Don’t set on aggressive when cave diving, mines tried to jump about 100 metres into a lava pool after a Scorpus and ended up swimming in the lava, worse than that was his form was terrible, 4.5/10 max.

These things gather lots of bio toxin! I kill a few Cnidaria and then my level 6 saber harvests 49 bio toxin from them!

To tame a sabertooth in dead island, just build a taming raft out of stone, go to dead island, aggro it, and lead it into the taming pen. Use tranqs to knock it out. You can tame a whole army of those using a pen.

Great for taming other tames even if they run away. Just chase after and shoot. Be careful wait a few sec between shots or you will end up killing the creature due to the fact tranc take a few sec to take effect. Also great for a quick sprint in caves to get them goodies and collect hide while doing so.

If you want to farm pelts, Sabertooth is a good choice

Make a pen the same kind you use for gigantos the monkey. Made of fence foundation and doorframes wood is good and drop it in start shooting make sure the pen is safe from anyone or thing like inside base as they cant damage wood so nothing will aggro

For the guy that is saying he tamed a 150 using cooked fish meat i tamed a level 200 using berries that i pooped

I have tried to knok out one with my fist but it didn't get unconscious it just died i don't know what to do
