This fight depends so much on your own personal skill as a drake rider, shotgunner, and avoider of pink plasma balls. You cannot compensate for a lack of skill in this fight with the brute force of an amazing tame.

How to tame:
Bring an army of pulmono
Bring an army of arthropleura
Bring an army of araneo
Bring human feces x100
Bring element x1000
The cave monsters will convince Rockwell that they are his friends
Mix the feces with 500 element so it creates a compound (that tastes horrible)
Cover the compound with element to make it look like a ball of element

It will taste so bad that he turns back into human

His Tentacles have 3.800 HP on Gamma, 8.500 on Beta and 15.250 on Alpha. So if you want to be able to destroy them with one clip you need a pump-action shotgun with at least 581.3% Damage and about 300 shots on Gamma, 400-450 on Beta and about 500-550 on Alpha if you use the shotgun exclusively for the destruction of the tentacles.
I also recommend a fast hun such as a pistol to destroy the homing balls that come for you, the damage is irrelevant for them.
Cactus Broth is also very good as it makes all creatures completely ignore you unless you attack them or get too close.
Use 100% imprinted spinos against him

Rockwell can be found in the Rockwell arena beyond his designated terminal, I believe it’s beyond the Graves of the lost (or commonly called the Rock drake nests) but it’s somewhere there.
Also to fight Gamma Rockwell like any DLC boss you need the three artifacts.
To kill him, make sure you hit him

Why is there not a page for the new Rockwell on Gen 2?
Best tool for taming rockwell in either abberation or genesis two is a ascended 298 pump shotgun. Feeding intervals may vary. Roughly 400 shells for max tame.
