When a tribe is attempting to attack your Base using rock elementals the most effective method to kill these gigantic bullet sponge is to aim below the knees and shoot multiple rockets at it, it should kill the rider instantly and the elemental fairly fast, warning do not aim for the head you'll only waste rockets

If you are unsure if a rock is a disguised golem or not, a spyglass shows their name and level even when disguised. Also, when disguised, the rocks often move slightly as you get close, re settling onto the terrain.
Direwolves can sniff them out. Up so more can see
I find a ton on rockless mountains. Natural rocks wonβt spawn but golems will making them easy to see
If you see a rock πͺ¨ fall frome the sky it was a golem spawning so be carefull ! Hope this was help full
