How to tame

Grab a rock

Rub steroids on it

Make a rock human out of it

Wait for a few hours come back and then you have your rock

I have played ark since it was new and this thing is the hardest thing I’ve ever tamed(cuz I have never tamed the following four Titan ice Titan forest Titan and desert Titan)

Feed him some stone of fruits

I recommend getting a few friends trapping this this thing with metal Dino gates (Not behemoth) and shoot this thing with rockets. Remember to bring extra rockets and rocket launchers and to always keep moving whilst taming so you don’t get hit by rockets and Good Luck!

Trapping a golem is the safest way also feed the sulfer if you don't have kibble.

Tried with the M.S.C.M, the rock golem died. I think blast radius is too much, it kills Golem. Be careful on!!

Rock element s can turn into a rock (be careful when mining)

If you have a Tek Skiff, use the beam to pick one of these guys up and drop in a pre built taming pen made of metal Dino gates.

Also using a Mek with the shoulder cannon seems to be the best KO method. Better accuracy then a canon and much more efficient!

P.S. you may want a very high hp dino (or a sacrifice) between you and him to take agro if using canons.

On valguero they are easy to spot in the chalk hills. All the rocks there are white and mossy, while rock elementals look like regular rocks found in the other biomes. If you're still not sure, look at it with a spyglass, it will show its name and level if it's a rock elemental.

X rock elementals are tame able

You can still use rockets to knock out a rock elemental, just make sure to position in on a blast shield so its body doesnt get extra damage and die while you hit it in the head with rockets.

For cheaters that use force tame:

Just set taming speed to 9999 so you get the expierence of taming without waiting

Boom everyones happy

They do NOT harvest crystal, obsidian or metal. They are rated as being able to collect crystal and obsidian, but actually it is only something dropped when they are killed. Tested Jan 2021

You can easily knock one out but riding on an argentavis or a pteranodon just out of reach from the golem and having a friend shoot the golem

Make sure it can’t hit u then start using a catupalt

This thing is a very good tame especially on genisis

This is not a tip as much as a question kind of. No matter how many rocks I smash I do not harvest flint. What is going on here? I tried both attacks that I know of. The regular ground smash and the spinning punch and neither got flint for me. Very agitating.

This thing is the turret soaking KING

Where to find these on valguero

Just bring a platform saddled parcer with a cannon on it, have one more cannon incase, they are cheap.

Store all cannon balls on the parcer.

Put some sleeping bags down.

Put down a trap, lure it in, go to parcer, line up and headshot it.

Allways use extraordinary kibbles,they are the second easiest kibble to make anyway.

For safety, bring 2 heavies with 400 bullets and 4 batteries in each to cover yourself from raiders trying to steal it from you.

And ofc, bring a lvl 449 mana with good saddle and the whole pvp kit.
