How to Tame a Rex when your low lv

Step one: get a slingshot and a bunch of narcotics and like alot of meat

Step two: get a parasaur to hold alot of rocks and slingshots

Step three: get maybe 200-500 rocks and like 5-7 slingshot

Step four: get on a very high rock high enough he can't reach you and start shooting

Step five: when Rex it's knocked out give it meat and narcotics.

Step six: Enjoy!

To capture the Rex you should build a raft with two high door frames surrounding it. Then you can kinda noclip the Rex into the raft then bring it to a safe area. Once you have it safe exit the raft and run through the door frames. Then the Rex is easy to knock out with tranqs and tame.

Ps I did this on mobile so it might not work on other versions.

you will might only need 22 tranq arrows and if ur playing on val use mutten due to the massive amounts of ovise (sheep) its like prime meat.

I guess there are a few requirements for this, but get a tapejara. I’ve tamed two spinos and two rexes by luring them to a cliff and shot them full of tranqs while my tapejara clings to the cliffside. I also got a blueprint Rex saddle at level 55, so it was all in good reason.

1:you need a 6 bola

2:arows 100 and 2 bows

3:5spears

Than go to a high place than shoot the rex he coms near catch him in bola shoot him with arrows and spearswhen he start movin g agan throwgh another bola and the T-rex is your friend

Have all of you forgot about the og way to tame a rex or giga ill remind you use 4 behemoth gateways personally I use stone bait it in and shoot it with a rifle with normal tranqs bc they are cheaper or a tranq crossbow and there you go pop some meat in and you just tamed a rex or giga.

Trap it with a big trap and then shoot triangulizer dart or trank arrow to tame it it's so easy man it's about rex

Easy to tame just run a good distance from it, shoot it with a crossbow or wooden bow with tranq arrows it's not hard even a beginner could do it

Tamed it with iguanodon and a tranq .. and i didnt even unlocked the saddle yet lol .. just keep shooting it with tranq while running around and use other dinos as a bait so when it start attacking the others dinos your job of hitting it ass are simple as your future 😂

Fun Fact: if you run out of meat and kibble you can use stimulant

Why is nobody talking about tapejaras? You can latch onto a solid surface and shoot down at it and tranq it. Works especially well in the redwood forest. Just look out for thylacoleos waiting to ambush you.

Rexes really like cooked meet and or any cooked meal

Taming is easy, i tamed 2. A level 1 and a level 27. Get on to a high rock or cliff and start darting. When it runs, chase it and keep shooting until its knocked out. Make sure you have tons of narcotics and meat.

If you don’t want to build a giant square with a large bear trap in the middle, just find a Rex, then find a high rock, and shoot it! That’s what I did to tame mine!

It takes about 13 darts to knock and with soothing balm 1 prime should work unless above lvl 100
