Torpor goes down average speed but narcs really don’t add much torpor, so don’t wait for torpor to get halfway down before you top it up, keep it as high as possible

These guys are kinda hard to tame but this is for mobile players,you'll need a cross bow and a hell lot of tranq arrows,the higher the level the more arrows you need but this is also for low level players and try taming a low level rex as well,if you don't have enough stuff scope it from afar rexes aren't super fast like spinos,or use the terrain to knock it out,that's how I tamed my spino Aurora,otherwise use a trap,knock it out and feed it exceptional kibble or scorpion kibble on mobile,use a soothing bam for easier taming if this was helpful ^ pls:D

The cheapest trap for rex are the traps of the other players around.

Just walk around the trap instead of trapping it the trap.

If it flees catch it up and shoot, it will turn around and get agro again and then do the walk around trap thing again.

I prefer tranq darts, with arrows u need a ton

Are allos or rexes better for bosses?

Don't waste your time for making traps I know it's work but it's a time waste U should find a High place U can easily find it with petradon and use taranq arrows and biotoxin to knock out him and biotoxin

Step 1 get at least 10 parachutes a flyer on follow and tranqs

Step 2 jump off flyer from a tall height and parachute chute tranqs get back on flyer

Step 3 repeat

I use metal wall signs and a large bear trap

To tame one place down 4 stone foundations, 2 high stone doorframes around the foundations, then stairs on the side you want your rex to go up, use tranq arrows with a crossbow to knock it out, then use prime to tame it.

These 3 steps to be gigs chad

1. Get a bow traqn arrows

2. Get big chin

3. die

Just use Tranq arrows and have a lot of Narcotics and normal meat is fine to use

Build a platform with 1 foundation, 7 or more pillers high, use 1 ceiling and then hatch frames. You’ll be just out of rex reach so you can snipe his head through the hatch opening. Once it starts running, chase and shoot at it because it’s now open season.

how to get the best Rex tame:(for mobile players)

1.go get artifact of the hunter

2.tribute it to the obylisk and receive soothing balm

3.get 2-3 pulmo kibble

4.find a Rex (ideally the highest allowed in your server or single player world).

5.trap it.

6.knock it out.

7.feed it with the soothing balm and kibble

8.protect it with all your life.

9.and there you have the best tame you can get in ark mobile

Use 4x6 or bigger stone structure to trap this beast. And use ramp so it can get inside. Once its trapped just tranq it using tranq arrow or tranq dart. Tranq arrow need a lot of it, the tranq dart just prepare around 120. Also prepare a lot of narcotics, to keep the torp high, when it unconscious feed it pulmonuscorpius kibble prepare around 30 more or less depends on the rex level.

Take a friend because I brought one extra than the dodorext said and I missed twice but my bro had a slingshot that he accidentally made and got the rex out cold while shorting him 8 times

I would recommend shooting it with tranquilizer darts and using prime meat and tame it when you have the sattle when you have it crafted so this makes it cheaper and easy

These guys are actually quite easy to tame, even in early game. You need to have tranq arrows and a crossbow (advised to bring a high quality one if the rex is a high level). Then build a wooden (or stone if it’s going to take long) trap. It’s best to do this in the grasslands because of the generally flat land. Just beware the other dangers around that area.

TO WHOEVER NEEDED HELP WITH THEIR MATH!!! I believe the answer is (2,-11) but I don’t have paper could be wrong!!! I’m gonna say it, a dinosaur taming section is not the best place to put a math problem, you’re gonna find more people who’ll help u on a site specifically for math!

This is honestly one of the easiest carnivore tames you’ll find. Once you have sedative arrows and preferably a cross bow get on a cliff they can’t get on and just shoot till they are down. I took out a level 14 with about 7 arrows from a cross bow. The hardest part was getting down the cliff and avoiding raptors.

I play on Xbox and I can say make a trap with stone gateway and large trap then shoot away and It can’t break stone so keep it there as long as you’d like

is there anyone else out there who likes to use intoxicating arrows to get it faster to knock out

so i know about all the risks but it just makes my life easier and speeds up the process by creatures with a high drowsiness and if the health of it is high enough it works save and another thing if u have a base at the beach it’s easier to get poison from the water things than to get berries and rotten meat
