I am new to ark and one day the server spawned like so many rex that day, that one 145 rex entered my dino pen and killed all my dinos and I couldnt even kill it until someone came to rescue me from global chat....

U might have seen the story Riley the Rex and the one about her friend Steve the stegosaur so I decided to make one in honor of the great story

Riley the Rex chapter 6:

Riley wandered around the forest for along time, bringing the dead dire wolves with her for food. She was chewing on the last one when she heard a cry in the distance that sounded oddly familiar. she was taken over by curiosity and went to check it out, what she found was suprising , delightful, and bad at the same time.

It was Steve!!!!

Her heart leaped with joy but then u realised the situation he was in. He was being dragged off a raft by a man in full armor and he had a carno with him. I can’t let him take Steve, Riley thought. Not in a million years. She charged out of the forest full speed, while letting out a furious roar. The person shrieked with terror and accidentally dropped his rifle. Riley was just about to end him when his carno battering rammed her in the side. She tried to turn and bite but missed, the carno retaliated by ramming her in the side knocking her over, it held her down with his foot. So this is how I die huh? Riley thought. The carno went for the bite but stopped. Riley looked to her right and found arhat Steve had planted his tail into the carnotaurs side. It dropped dead, its eyes staring blankly. At the sight of his carno dying, the man turned and ran screaming like a dodo, as soon as he was out of sight Steve turned towards Riley “ Riley ur not dead!” Steve exclaimed with tears of joy filling his eyes “ I thought u died aswell, what happened to u?” Riley replied .Steve explained the whole story of how he got to herbivore island, and how he was able to escape , how he fought a huge croc in the swamp, and how he ended up on herbivore island and then got kidnapped by that man. “ so what happened to u?” Steve asked. “Well-“ she was abruptly cut off by a roar behind them they both whirled around simultaneously.

It was the man.

And he was on a gigs.

So one day I went to look for some dire wolves with my pteranadon but instead I saw a Level 150 Rex (My max)

After waiting for billions of years I was lvl 72 and had a big bird named Nelson. I decided it was finally time to take that rex. When I went there I found nearly by the shore of the Ice biome and it had fell from a cliff fighting wolves and chalis it had about 2k health left. My long neck did 1299 damage and around 200 with tranq darts. I made backups (I was playing on mobile) started my mission it was In a weird place for a trap so I had to shoot from a nearby cliff. I tried so many times but it kept running into the ocean chasing megs and dying. Finally on my last try I was able to shoot 3 times from the cliff but then I fell. I had 350 health but after I fell I had only a 100 left. Then my ascendant flak armour saved the day otherwise I would be rex dinner. It was very terrifying running around it and shooting it it always kept biting me and I took certainly took more than 6 darts. I was on 50 health then it finally got knocked out. I had a 10x balm and wanted to tame the thing with prime meat. But I was unable to whistle my Argie. It was still on the cliff from where I had fallen. I even tried to summon him and the other argies from my base but they wouldn't show up. There was no way to get up the cliff. I was about give up then my Nelson just got summoned near me I was so happy I killed some mammoth for prime and tamed the rex. It was so stressful I was about to name the rex f**k but It was a beautiful shade of white so I named her Morning. But I still have to grind 2 levels before I can ride her

I finally got a 450 female rex to go with my 450 male rex I'm going to start breeding them soon to get some mutations I hope the baby's grow up big and strong

So I finally got my tranq arrows and my crossbow and was ready to go get the red that was near my base. When I approached the place I hear death noises and when I looked behind a Bush the red was getting tag teamed by two brontos and then I realized the red would lose and the it died. I was mad so I tamed one of the brontos and I am using it for bait to get a new rex.

Boyfriend went out originally just trying to fill out his map and also seeing if he could possibly find a unicorn. Ended up coming home with a beautiful female Tex Rex who was black and blue with a purple/pink glow. Her names Maribel now and is such a sweet baby, At least to us that is.

I just got a 450 male rex and now trying to get a 450 female rex so I can get high level rex when I start getting mutated rexs

So I'll tell a story. I was going my bissnes when I saw a Rex near my base. I was like what where did you come from. So I took all my tames and ran. My base had a spino near too and I was like uhhh what I do. So I was moving my guys higher when all a sudden all my guys just ran to the water. And there I saw the spino.... the almost took him out because he ran away. He only kill my two triceratops and three of my dilophasaurus's. I was awed. It was so cool. Then I left my guys and watched the Rex get dominated by a few dimorphadons because he attacked a bronto before

So I‘m currently level 12 or something like that.... I have this little base with my two dodos all fine and stuff, about to tame a parasaurus. One day I was like: Hey, why not explore the surrounding a little! (I was in that base for like 5 days or something like that by now...) so I go around a corner and stand right infront of a red Rex. Long Story Short, I ran for my life, it followed me, I somehow got away and my dodos are still alive... so yes thanks to the Rex for not killing me, we love that!

I joins a game I see a rex and by me are some wooly mammoths I hide under the wooly mammoths the rex hit a wooly and the woolys ended the fight with almost no damage I thought about taming them but if I did seeing their strength I think I would get killed if I tried that.

True story

One of the last tames I got but it was not as hard as I thought. You see I was looking for a fight with one while on my spino called spencer and then I found one. I used my tapijara to see if there’s any near it and there wasn’t. I just really tranqued it and ran then came back and continued to tranque it till it got close and ran. When it was running away I chased it while tranquing it till she hit the floor. I used my spinos to guard her from danger and she eventually tamed. Of course I called her rexy

I hate these mf I was so happy that i was taming these I. Nearly tamed this raskly but then it wake up and killed my saber, I was so mad that I wanted to kill myslef

There’s a wild Rex out sound my house. What do I do :(

I don’t think I ever said anything about fire like “he, she, or it” so if I haven’t (please let me know if I did.) then I announce that Fire is female. Now who do I have her mate with? We need a vote here, Magma or Lava Rock. If Magma doesn’t get a mate, then don’t worry. I have a back up.

The Island

Chapter 8

Everyone was awake. They decided to continue forward. The army did that until they got to a mountain.

“We need to find a way up.” Said Strength. They eventually found a way up the mountain. Everyone continued up the path, fighting small groups of gorillas. The megapithecus must have known that they were climbing the mountain, because once they were near the top, a army of gorillas, dire wolves, and yuties were waiting for them. Everyone fought hard. About midway through the battle the megapithecus started dropping boulders on them, crushing big groups of creatures. Finally they killed a good amount of gorillas, and then they retreated. Once they got there, the megapithecus and the remaining gorillas teleported away using the terminal.

“The terminal only allows four creatures. Strength, are you coming?” Said Magma.

“Yes. I will be coming.” Said Strength. Magma activated the teleported.

“This will be the final fight. Creatures of redwoods, you should head back to your homes.” Suggested Magma. The creatures listened and headed the way they came from. Then they teleported to the arena.

If I don’t put a perspective, that means that it’s nobody’s perspective and more of me switching through the creatures or something.

The Island

Chapter 7

Once everyone got across the river, the megapithecus and his gorillas started fighting. Strength stepped on a few of them, and ate a few of the gorillas. Strength looked over at bear squad one, which was not doing good. They had lost one member and now there was 4 of them. Strength ran over to the four dire bears to help them. Strength ate the gorillas attacking the squad and ran over to help other people being swarmed. And then, the megapithecus roared, and yutyrannus and dire wolves came to the fight. The Yuties were roaring, giving the gorillas hope. When they felt that they were losing, they saw lava. The magmasaurs had made it to the fight! Strength ran over to the magmasaurs.

“We need to kill the yuties.” Strength told the magmasaurs.

“Got it.” Said Magma. Strength helped the magmasaurs get to their targets by killing any gorillas that got in there way. And then they got to the first yuty, which they killed quickly. They moved to the next yuty, and then one and soon most of the yuties were dead. The remaining yuties ran away, towards the mountain. And then most of the gorillas ran, and only the brave dared to stay. They finished of the brave gorillas and set up camp.

“Nice work. It seems the yuties were keeping them alive.” Said Strength.

“It wasn’t that hard to kill them. Our mission is to kill the megapithecus and then move on to the next one.” Said Magma.

“Well then, we will try to let you kill the megapithecus. And who sent you?” Said Strength

“The Overseer sent us on this mission. After this we don’t know what’s next.” Said Magma.

“I may come with you after this to help.” Said Strength.

“That would be great!” Said Magma.

“Very well then. Now we should rest from our battle.” Said Strength. Strength went into the darkness, and slept.
