So I was wandering about around my house with my friend about 10 mimutes ago and I heard a bronto making loud sounds so I look at the nearest bronto and low and behold a rex. It was only level 10 but me and my friend were clueless so we just started shooting tranq arrows at it. It started running away and soon enough we knocked it out, me and my friend were so happy. Now its our level 100 killing machine. And that was the story of how i tamed my first rex.

This is the story of mortem, my female Rex. I was out with my baryonyx to try to find something to tame. We eventually came across a very nice level 35 female Rex, wich was pretty rare in my server. She was white with an orange belly and a dark grey back. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to tame it because I was already breeding spinos at home since I already had a male and female but I didn’t have a Rex yet. I decided to tame it anyways and that was one of the best decisions I made. Me and mortem bonded very quickly and went exploring all the time. Whenever I needed help, she was there. She probably was one of my favorite tames. One day I decided it was time for me to tame a giga because I had already tamed pretty much everything I wanted and was out of ideas. I had gotten everything I needed I had 3 stacks of Tranq darts, lots of prime and a crap ton of bio toxin. I set off with mortem who was now max level and had an ascendant Rex saddle with about 250% of armor boost, wich should be able to absorb the gigas damage long enough to knock it out, though it doesn’t protect against fall damage. We set off to the grand hills and started looking for a giga. She sadly slipped off the side of the mountain. The saddle was not enough to protect her from the fall, and she crushed on impact. I brought the saddle back home and kept her implant as a memory of her because there was no way I could get enough amber in time to revive her. R.I.P mortem, you were one of the best tames I ever had and you will never be forgotten.

Yuri went to the desert and she was standing in between 3 rocks. They all turned into golems. 1 threw a punch at yuri and she dodged it. It hit another golem and they fought. Then it was yuri vs a golem. She punched it and bit it over and over till it was dead. Everyone back at base has everything else ready. They made a portal with everything. Apex ark myths are powerful but sometimes I keep out the biting and did I tell you yuri has a increased bite force of 25,000 psi? That can break the strongest metal on earth in half in one bite! And did I tell you that they are much bigger than a regular animal of their kind? Barry injects poison and Barry also has a increased bite force of 18,000.

This makes them very powerful also I have no idea how big bloodlust is. I also know Goliath is likely there most powerful enemy… other than the furbal of course. Barry and yuri are the most powerful things other than derp. I increased fireballs power by a lot cause I thought it would be funny. Saw sausage got destroyed by the leviathan. The daedon is also way more increased in size because this place is very weird in amazing ways to mutate things for the worse or for the better. The spikers and blood moon were good because Barry ended blood moon with his bite not just his spear. The megalania was bit multiple times till his hide was broke did I not say that? Also yuri has the strongest bite force of ANYTHING in the ark. Gigantosaurus dominus.. don’t deny it Barry took down KING TITAN.everything was perfectly well. I made ironspine up. -lava

When I was only a noob I was living in a small wood house with my only tame: My trusty dilophosaur Tim. Life was beautiful as I was about to get to metal tier, I decided it is probably time to get a gallimimus for my saddle. I went to find one with Tim, I saw a Rex terrorizing the area, I ordered Tim to go fight it. Tim was lvl 200 and the rex was lvl 11. I stood back and kept shooting it with my ascendant bow. I had my only hide set so my armor was horrible and I was even scared of getting hit by a compy. Tim died and I shot the rex with my last arrow but it killed both of us. And the moral of the story? Get raptors and a fabricated pistol and chitin armor for fight a rex.

Man! I love these guys! I have 4 now, Ron, Hailly, Terence, and little Rilly. I’d seriously recommend these to anyone, and they’re not to hard to tame! P.S. if your name is the same as my Rexs’s then your an Ark pro

Once I journeyed to the Center Volcano (at around Level 30). I found a Tyrannosaur fighting two Stegosaurs. The Rex was wearing down and I killed with a single sword blow. All that hide...

I had flown to the Volcano on a mission, but my Pterosaur was killed (she ran out of Stamina on the slope and fell to her death).

After forcing my way through a legion of Raptors, Dilophosaurs, Scorpions, Carnos, and Meganeuras, and Argentavis. Finally, I found another Pterosaur, tamed it, put a saddle on, and flew home.

I'm never going to that place again...

Ultimate Legends chapter 6 “The keepers vs MCPDCS”

Barry was thinking if he should get tek for a portal maker he needed… or at least wanted his friends back. he figured he could get ironspine on his team. Yuri and the daedon were hiding behind a big bush. Barry asked ironspine if he wanted to join. Ironspine yelled no and charged yuri and the daedon walked out of the bush. Ironspine stopped running,turned and saw bloodlust and Subaku no o behind him. He agreed to join so Barry showed him which way to get home. Barry figured he should adventure into the woods the opposite way of the Rex. His army started walking and got to the woods. He kept walking when a big tree thing was in his way. He turned and a huge deathworm breached the sand and bit the plant. Barry’s army made short work of the plant but that worm was a problem. It was to big to be a deathworm. Then suddenly a furbal went in the worm. Suddenly the worm just stopped moving. The mouth opened and a furbal walked out. Barry stabbed the furbal with his spear. He destroyed the worm for element. Then he took the furbal and the plant home. The plant was defense and the furbal… assassin.

Ultimate legends chapter 5 “frenemys” and (mang nu)

Barry woke up and decided to adventure. He walked and walked when another gigantosaurus dominus was there in the desert. It spotted him and charged when many onyc things came and killed it in seconds. Barry had a bad feeling that they were migrating towards his base. He ran back when tons of mang nu were at the giga corpse everyone woke up and got ready for a fight. They charged in fighting mang nu. Then tons grabbed bary and took him away. Yuri kept fighting till they all died and then went on a search for bary. Yuri walked in a path when she saw a big cave. She saw Barry and ran in killing every mang nu in her path. Eventually she got to Barry. She broke him out of some sort of glue when a freaky thing walks in with five arms around its neck. Yuri bit it and squished it. When they walked out a big rex with a giga army was outside. Barry hid and so did yuri. They walked in and killed many mang nu. Bary and yuri ran with an idea of what they were dealing with. Bary and yuri worked to make a resurector. They reanimated all of their enemies except the giga. Even tons of mang nu. They were all convinced to join Barry. Barry didn’t sleep that night till he was sure the Rex wasn’t nearby.

Yes the Rex is derp. And if you thought this is exciting you have no idea how exciting it might become.

Ultimate legends chapter 3 “blood moon vs the spikers”

Barry got up and took a look outside. Almost nothing crazy was out side only a dead giga. Yuri woke up to and got on top of the giga. She started feasting and so did Barry. A Dawson came to eat not even realizing Barry and yuri. A pteranodon came to eat but barry didn’t want more to come. He killed it and ate it. Little did he know that was about to start a fight. It lured the spikers. They came fast and started fighting when a web shot a spiker. A shadow came and it died in a millisecond more webs shot and spikers started attacking the air randomly. More died till Barry grabbed a spear, payed attention to the noise the thing made. And threw the spear. A blood stalker came into view. Barry grabbed his spear and thought if he could be a part of the team. He asked the bloodstalker and it said no. Barry ended him right there. The spikers retreated and Barry was victorious as always. (Yuri was fighting the spikers.) then they went back home and went to bed… it must’ve been a long fight. “Elsewhere in another dimension”

The ultimate legends chapter 2 “Venenum tenubris, ironspine”

Barry and yuri were sleeping. Barry had made another spear for yuri. An ominous noise was coming from the darkness and woke them up. A giant megalania was outside.Barry stabbed at it and it ran and bit yuri. It ran and Barry knew just hit to save yuri. Giganto heart titanosaur spine and spino sail. He got a spine and heart from the dead animals. All he needed was a spine he looked around but he was running out of time 10 minutes till yuri died. He fought ironspine the strongest spino. Barry didn’t stand a chance the weird spino had metal in his body. Barry ran up and jumped. The spino swiped up to hit him but then dived down under him. Then Barry got up his tail, ripped his spine off and suddenly another spine grew in its place. Then he scratched all ironspine a legs and ran. He couldn’t chase him so that was well. 3 minutes left. When he finally got home 2 minutes. He made a brew that took 1 minute and gave it to yuri barely saving yuri in time. Yuri started changing. Yuri was now metal-ish and immune to poison! Yuri found the megalania, got on its back and stabbed it killing it. The venom was used so Barry’s bite also had venom as dangerous as the megalanias. The evolution would begin soon. Yuri and Barry dug the hole bigger. Yuri grew at night to 1/2 of a titanosaur. Barry also got a spine and grew the same size as yuri. The giga heart made them have stronger bite force. The metal duo is going to have more luck. The spear now injected venom. The end of the chapter

So I was on a PvE server, having some fun, and I saw a Carno. I knocked it out, and fed it prime until it tamed up. Then I was going back home when my Carno aggroed on some compy, and ended up hitting a level 450 Titan. My Carno died, and I escaped on my PT. I was looking for another, and saw a rex kicking around some doedics. It was not having any luck killing the high level doedics, So I took advantage of the situation. I set my raptors on the doedics, and tranqed the rex with a crossbow from a little way away. Then I fed it some narcs and prime from my dead Carno.

So I was breading rexs for two weeks no mutation.

Bred them for two more weeks no mutation.

Then I bread them for five more weeks and shot them all because the was no mutation.

SO CAN SOMEONE PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO GET A MUTATION.

I had a rex named Rexy she was really nice. One day she made a sacrifice. After that day I never saw her again. Part two coming soon

When I was taming a rex once. I was on mobile with just a crossbow with tranq arrows… I let it run after me and kept getting it stuck in the forest till it ran into the swamp I died over 20 times protecting it but we made it and it was tamed with 100% effectiveness just me, a crossbow some tranq arrows a pike, hide armour, and normal arrows.

All right guys today is the story of why the Rex is hostile (Not because it wants meat) When the fight against the indominus and the Rex ended when the mosasaurs ate the indo, the Rex was angry that the mosa stole his kill. And the Rex still has its anger from the fight. That’s why it is hostile >:(

So I had just died by a spino that was near a Rex a was taming, and I had used soothing balm on the Rex so it was almost tamed. Then I got a notification that I had tamed the Rex. Then I requested it and it was in the water. It had 123 health left, and a diplo attacked me for NO REASON, and while that happened, the Rex wouldn’t move, so a megapirahna came and slapped the Rex, and right before I killed the piranha, it killed my rex. I HATE MEGAPIRANHAS SO MUCH IM KILL ALL THEM IN THE SERVER. Also, I couldn’t get it’s implant before the megapiranha ate it, and so I can’t revive it. R.I.P REX THAT I HAD FOR 10 SECONDS.

My level 84 pterodon (masy) has kill 7 Rex’s. but I am terrified of killing and Arge or a Griffin
