Freeze your rex using a Cryopod, release it within a cooldown period, you will an unconscious one on the ground. Wait until the Cryo sickness is over, then there comes the most interesting part. Approach the faint rex by its tail until you see the orange roar option, and press it. Your rex will suddenly stand up and roar as usual while immediately return to the ground in faint status again, as if the roar never happened. Such a feature can be fulfilled more than once.

So before you tame a Rex make sure you kill 20 more rexes. Because rexes give prime meat and it can help you tame the chosen rex faster. Hope this helps :)

The Rex is misunderstood. All they want to do is to hug everything, but since their arms are so short they have to use their mouths instead. Hug the Rex back and he will be your best friend.

Why do people make this game harder than it needs to be. Just saying if you don't know how you would get the rex ko then you're probably not ready to get one. There's nothing worse than having a game you're not high enough level to make a saddle for it.

I still can’t understand how the Rex could have punched me.

When I was an absolute noob I saw a rex egg and thought it was fertilized. My eyes lit up because I thought I could hatch and raise it! When I picked it up and tried to incubate it. I stared at it for 1 hour straight nothing happened and when I picked it up again a rex started roaring and was chomping my thatch roof. Now I am more experienced and I tamed a lvl 120 but it got boosted to 189 so now I killed an alpha carno with it and now it is 200. I named it Rex Might cause that rex was absolutely mighty and TBH it reminds me of anime when I stare at it and gives me the memory of when I saw that unfert rex egg in front of my house.
