I only find em in the snow biome so far

Three hit it in the head with rocks

Four tame

Five Kill everything with it and become buds

They can spawn anywhere (except the snow)

P.s they will spawn mostly when you don't want them to, for example: when your a low level or you just died, or your afk

i got revenge after it killed my trike and parasaur and i shot it until it died

So basically of you don't want to encounter these, you can just like go base in a cave they never spawn there same with a lot of other dangerous creatures in The start of a playtrought like gigas, dodos, reaper Kings and argentavises so yeah so that is My tip for avoiding rexs it works 100% of The time

IN RAGNOROCK BE CAREFUL. BEACHES ARENT ‘LEAST HOSTILE’ sheesh sorry for caps there is just a level 108 REX CLOSE TO MY BASE. usually I’d pack up my things and run but I am level 22. Viking bay is a place rexs can come down because the forest area right by there. So be careful! I was just minding my own business looking for a pterodactyl and boom I turn the corner and there it is. I ran but it was no use!

Found one at the southern shores and it died by bronto then another one came and died from two stegos :(

Yeah I have seen rex fit through Dino gateways all the time on servers so you might want to fix that

All you need to defeat these creatures is a good level trike not really that hard

Do not try to tame a alpha rex mine was (level 8) we shot it with 160 tranqs and then it broke the gates and killed us both and pteranodons and they do not get stuck in large bear traps

When the water jar ripples remain completely still low levels it may sound insane but it works

These things can be quiet pathetic. I’ve seen them being taken out to the trash by a single, lil, birb(dimorph)

So there's this lvl 145 Rex that spawned right in front of me while I am cooking meat for jerkies. I was low in health 'cuz I just fought a high lvl bronto; solo with an ascendant sword. It was attacking a Trike and I checked its lvl because I wanted to tame high lvl Rexes to make 2 super pet Rexes. I wanna tame it! But with one munch, I died and my Diplodocus came to the rescue while my other dinos were just too far to detect my death and my dilpodocus being attacked.

So when I respawned, I set all of them to follow. Even though it hurts to kill the Rex, I just don't have a choice. I made it bite me and all of them went crazy and attacked it in a frenzy for 10 seconds, and I watched it be killed in front of me. However, after the fight, my other Anky died and I am shookt as it was my diplo that tanked the Rex and my 5 well-trained raptors took the power, 2 Argies, 1 stego, 1 oviraptor, 2 dilos, 1 saber, 2 doedi, 1 scorpion and another anky. They are all high lvls and well-trained.
