build a platform for your quetz. then have someone fly you over the top of the rex and begin shooting it. the rex will try toget to you but wont succeed. once down, land and pump it full of narcotics or narcoberries... then add the scorpion kibble

Have a tribe member hold you while on a Flying mount (Pteranodon,Agrentavis) and hover above the Rex and shoot it with tran'qs. When it's down, get spikes and surround it with them. Make sure you have a way to get in and out for any reason.

If you see one in night and your in river going from west zone near the dead island to valcano and you see one and think the coast is clear it's not a raptor jumped on me while I pulled out my sniper rifle and helped rex kill me

I’m taming a lvl 5 right now and it took 22 tranq arrows (crossbow) to knock out and I’m using a mixture of raw fish, raw meat and raw prime to tame! I choose this way because I’m level 39 and not very good! (Please tell me if I’m doing good with the whole lvl 39 and a lvl 5 Rex)

You can use an Iguanodon and run around,tranqing it,and there you are,you 've got a max level Rex in no time ;) (tested on a level 136)

Lead it into a 5 by 3 trap with a dino gate, regular sized, and doorframes 2 high. Once in, it can't get out. Just shoot it from a high platform until it falls asleep.

Its just too easy to knock out you just have get a lot of tranq arrows.If you Faster than the rex just run and look back and shoot and run again and get your stamina when wild rex start roaring keep happening until knockout

Always use at least 2 narcotics when it says zero because sometimes it is off.

If you wanna tame a Rex here is what you gotta do.

First place a bear trap then put metal or stone gates around it (3) .then leave an entrance for the Rex to come in then when it’s stuck in the bear trap build another gate behind it and there you have it it’s trapped now you can punch it or tranquilize it until it ready to tame /thx for reading

I was on a modded server and found a lvl 7k Rex with 250k health and tons of torpor. It took like 30 hours to tame with kibble.......... but it was worth it! Now I have a lvl 10k Rex with 400k hp and I named him Tank.

What I usually do is iether find a rock then just tame it on that rock when it can’t get you or I just run around and shoot it with shocking darts until it goes down then put some spiked walls around not most efficient but it works

Friend picked me up on an argy and I shot the crap out of the Rex. Not the best but it worked fine

Usually you can get a rex stuck on a rock then Tranq it out (but be Careful!)

All you need to do is go up a high mountain and tranq it with darts I got 3 while I was level 63

Get at an high place shoot it with Trank darts and use soothing balm and meat air prime meat I just tamed a level 28 using this

A tip that works with most land dino is to just get it near the bottom of a cliff, then stand at the top of the cliff and it's too dumb to go around so it's an easy ko

Bring about double tranq arrows to be safe

This guy is easy in the redwood if you've got a tapejara, just cling onto a tree and shoot at it with tranq arrows, just be sure that you've got enough tranq arrows.
