So let me tell you a story..
Once upon a time when new to ark my tribe and me had conquered the ultimate level 50 rex...oh what a battle.. So many deaths...but in the end all worth it for this one badass unit, we were 3 so we let our friend Kyo take the rex back to base while we packed up... As we went after him we then see a red name on top of the screen...oh our faces...he drowned the f thing by mistake that's why friends don't let others pick up your Dinos :)

Real men knock it out with a slingshot
Step 1- Get good armor and a ride with darts.
Step 2- Don't be a pansy
Step 3- Go out there and shoot the Rex in the face to show it who is the man
Don't move..... They can only see movement. Stay complet- Wait, why is it walking towar- OH GOD NO HAVE MER-......
If you run into one of these, stand perfectly still. Rexes canβt see you if you donβt move. I saw it in a movie once.
If you happen to encounter this creature with a tribe member, get your trusty bola. Bola your tribe member and run ?

Who stood about 15 feet tall,
Use tranq arrows or darts,

You'll struggle to tame him at all.
If u just started ark and tamed some dodos and see a rex rushing at u just grab ur dodo and yeet it at the rex and run

You don't have to be faster then the Rex just faster then your tribe mate.
