I find to Rex near base so i tame them.

Found one at the southern shores and it died by bronto then another one came and died from two stegos :(

So when I’m trying to tame a rex, this sdupit therazaurus came and killed the rex and my paracer was killing it, I wished rex was easier to tame

When I tamed a level 327 with normal meat it took at least 110 hours with normal meat

I tamed my rex now named Wrecker with stone pillars and ladders it went wrong but it got stuck so that was good

traps suck for rexes as long as you have even ish speed justrun it in circles shooting it keep a wide circle and you'll be fine when it's down just throw some gates around it if you feel unsafe

You can make a ramp trap if you want by making a bunch of ramps and a hole in the middle and trap it like that

I knocked my first one out by punching it until it ran away and then retrieving my tranqs and shooting it.

It was my third tame.

Why Therizino can damage stone when Rex can only damage wood? It's pretty weird for me.

U dont have to use a trap, just get a load of tranq arrows and a crossbow or bow and just make it chase u, shoot, and run while reloading, i got a rex by this!

If you wave first then crouch three times the dinosaur will ask to be your friend, easiest tame I've ever done.

Have an extra cross bow if using primative, bring extra tranq darts, or arrows. And bring someone to help it will make it much easier. Once you start to tranq out do not stay close to water, once rex is nearly knocked out it'll try and run from you if your close to the water it'll go there where it'll be nearly imposible to tame. Most importantly have fun, be kind to others!

Put three Dino gateways in a square but then there will be a gap. Put a LARGE bear trap in the middle, and have a fourth Dino gateway in your inventory. Lead the Rex into the trap and put the fourth gateway down. Then shoot the Rex with tranq arrows or darts. When it falls down give it food. If it’s torpor gets low then feed it narcotics or narcobarrys! Make sure you use STONE Dino gateways! I hope this helps!

I honestly think rexes are overrated and I prefer spinos because they are about as strong and can swim AND have 2 stances
