You can find it in places near a forest or a swamp
You do not need to tame it with a soothing balm just tame it with prime meat. It will be done in some minutes.
Ez to tame tamed mine recently you dont need to build traps you only need a stone for the rex your gonna tame then shot it in the head using crossbow and tranq arrows use prime meat and normal meat if you dont have enough force feed it narcotics or biotoxins to increase its torpidity up if you found this helpful.... -XxCooldude12349xX
If you want to tame a breeding pair don’t just tame every single Rex until you get a female because you just need to breed one male and a female and if the baby is female just wait for it to grow up and build an army every female you get as a baby will be able to breed just use feeding trhoungs and it will be easy to raise them(if you need any ancient amber go around looting drops and you get get a lot I got 38 ancient amber in an hour
Tame a high level male and a high level female and start breeding: it's a bit cruel but I suggest you to claim only the baby females and kill the males for xp, keeping the females will speed up the breeding process because the cooldown to mate is only on females and not males
Oh man. All these stories of death are about spinos and gigas, but, my rex drowned. I tried to cryopod him but he died just before I could. I’ve made a grave for sharptooth. On the beaches of the river he drowned in. I shall forever miss him. And my other rex, sharptooth II, will carry on his legacy. All the others seem phony when they ask for upvers as a
RIP. All I’m asking is to check if your rex if he/she’s encumbered or out of stamina before a long swim. :(
My brother has tamed a lot of these beasts, he only keeps running around some rocks while shooting him tranq arrows and a few moments later he has a brand new tamed Rex;) if you want to tame this you don’t really need to mount a fast Dino, you just have to make sure that the rest of the place is secure
This is tge least threatening creature in the game once you hit lv 10. Craft a bow and some arrows, shoot it and kite. If it is gaining on you, run past a herbivore, it will lose aggro almost instantly. Keep shooting that sweet sweet early exp and possibly early metal tools.
Fun fact: Tyrannosaurus rex means tyrant lizard, king or king of tyrant lizard. The first T-Rex skeleton was found in Montana in 1902 dug by Barnum Brown this dinosaur live during the late Cretaceous period over 100 to 65000,000 years ago. How to escape from this dinosaur: you shoot this dinosaur on the eye or escape from it T-Rex is slower than a person because a person could run 25 to 45 mph and the T-Rex could run the speed of 17 mph
This creature should not scare you. When I started I was terrified. I was ready to knock one and feed it prime meat (I thought it only ate prime meat). It was very anticlimactic. I just knocked it while running around a rock and tamed it. My brother had 2 trikes as his first 2 tames but his 3rd was a rex.
This guys are good at pvp fight this guy are really really great health damage and tanky? Well as you know he is already hard to kill without saddle what if with saddle? Well that’s kind of like takes like 25 shotgun shots especially if the trex is max level you tamed now get ready the saddle for you Rex to become unstoppable
How to kill a Rex
Step 1: Get flame arrows
Step 2: Shoot that mofo
Repeat until its dead
Do not look away from a T.rex when your trying to tame it because when your offline in multiplayer servers it keeps going so my T.rex woke up and killed me
Ok I will say this I did die one time but I did not die the 2nd time:) I tamed one with a boomerang that’s all you need 🧐and I thought Rex’s were strong
If you are on mobile trap it sleep in sleeping bag then tranq it fast so it is hungry
Jurassic Bio: Tyrannosaurus
Name means: Tyrant Lizard
Period: Late Cretaceous
Diet: Carnivore
Height: 20ft
