All you need to farm high level Rex's is to build a raft with two dinosaur gates on each side, build a platform over the box to stand. And then it's just a matter of time to find and lead a Rex in, close the door behind it and then tranq it

Get up high so it gets stuck on a hill and be expectant to die or uses a tranqs.

Guys don't be so scared, if u have flak these guys are hardly anything, just run at it with tranqs(unless level 50+) then try something else like a galli or tapejara with a tribe mate

I just tamed a 15 rex using the boat method on the center i brought my boat and led the rex their then i closed the gate brought it to my base and tamed it

They are pretty slow, I've tamed two at a low level on SE and the Island. Find a steep cliff or a high rock, and shoot the shite out of it. They won't go around in circles they'll just put their head in the rock until they turn and run off because of the torpor. Keep shooting until it's down and you are good. Make sure you check if there are any other enemies nearby. That easy, no traps, no building, just a steep rock.
