Trap it and get its health below 1k to get pink cloud then get real close while on a rock drake and shoot it once with a crossbow off the drakes back. It will grab you off of the drake and impregnate you and drop you.

I recommend having spare hazard suits because if you get radiation poison than it will die inside you. I also recommend a huge trap wich is really tall so it can't shoot you. Keep in mind the baby will attack you without the theramone glands what you get from killing queens.
