The heart-shaped meter is its zipline stamina, showing how long it can remain attached and travel before needing to recover. Ravagers are excellent early- and mid-game mounts: they are fast, deal strong damage and bleed, gain pack bonuses, reduce the weight of many resources, and take little fall damage. Their ability to climb ziplines and vines—while allowing riders to use weapons—makes them outstanding for exploration, hauling, and combat.
Great heart game mount/guard! Takes little damage by falling, does bleed damage, can climb natural and artificial ziplines,has incredible weight, has a cool roar and most resources will weight 50% less in its inventory. I use it for hunting, metal runs, exploring and as war mount. Pump speed until 200%, heath until 4000, a bit stamina and weight and then all melee. Oh and also it has pack bonus. P.S I'm Italian so I'm sorry for any errors.
