If using a crossbow for taming a high lol, don't shoot it in the head, aim for the body. It has a better chance of death if you shoot the head.

If your tribe has a crab just us it to pick up the pack leader. Walk to base, and start tranq it while still in the claw. It will bite the crab but not enough to worry about.

Ez throw-back 4 spike in circle with small opening to hit with tranq arrows after bola. Any level ravager would work. Good tame lvl with this method.

Just bola and club it works from level 1-35 if done with higher level creatures it might cause death.

Bolas work , for sure use two or three. You can breed and they are a little over two days. Color mutations come very easy it seems.

Line up bear traps and get it to follow u into them then once it stuck surround it with more bear traps so when it goes to run it gets stuck again

Build a 2x2 stone foundation with 2 high stone door frames and 2 ramps down 2 wide on one side. Get it to notice u and run up ramp n out door. Easy way to trap whole pack at once too.

Grab a strong dino to kill the low levels in a pack and then bola the high level

If using a taming pen, go with doorways for the walls and make it atleast 2doorways high. They can't fit through a player sized door but CAN jump over single walls easily.

Dodex is wrong about the knocking out for the ravager. A level 15 ravager doesn’t take 11 tranq arrows from a bow I shot 14 and it still didn’t get knocked out

Level 48 ravenger takes about 20 tranq arrows

If the bola and box dosen't work for you buils a trap 2 dinasour gates wide and 2 fence foundations long. 3 door frame high on every fence found. You can trap multiple ravagers in one trap they dont damage each otbe even in ko.
