Use a bola or bear trap. If you’re using a bola, make sure you’re using a crossbow if it’s a high level or it will break free before you knock it out. Try finding a lone Ravager before attempting to tame.

Watch out for their gnash. It's nota devastating as the giga's is but it is a mild slow that renews every time they bite you and makes it so you can't get away until you kill them. Hopefully a later patch lets you inflict gnash after tame but as of right now only wild can do it.

They can climb on zip lines and vines and they run at a fast speed and they can jump fairly high so they make a good mount to travel around on

Just bola and tranq until it drops. Great early game tame that can go up and down ziplines.

Half basic resources weight! Handy for early game metal runs.

They don’t have high torpor but they will run away when they are in danger.

Breeding:4h10min gestations, 1%=roughly 25min, roughly 4h10min baby, total rause around 42hours

Ravagers... these things are beasts, they reduce weight of resources such as Metal, Wood, Thatch, etc by 1/2. Meat spoilage is increased like hyenas, and these things are great in a pack. Overall best pack animal, recommend 3-4 high levels

They’re fast pack animals, most base materials will have weight cut in half. They can also travel across zip lines , slowly go to a zip line and look around it until a cursor pops up then press jump and it will jump onto the zip line .

All around a great mount. Can climb ziplines, has reduced weight for most materials, and gathers chitin quite well.

Have a carry bonus on metal, wood, stone, and thatch. Reduced fall damage. Can run on ziplines, essential tame when starting off.

Stone weights half as much on these.
