If they hit you with a bleed attack it will slow you down! Fight or be prepared for a quick death.

They can ride zip lines. Just look at the zip-Line with your crosshair and jump. “S” to turn around and “C” to go upside down. Pretty cool

The Ravager is the best early-aberration tame. It has high weight and stamima, with high health and damage. It can ride ziplines back and forth. It also recieves a pack bonus if with other Ravagers.

i was looking for a 150 when i found a pack of three, two 55s and a 150. My plan was to kill the 55s then trap the 150, the 55s were mate boosted.

The best way to tame these guys in my opinion is to trap them. Make a stone trap with 4 foundations, walls in all sides and a ramp covering one side. It can be one wall high or 2 it doesn’t matter. Then kite it into the trap with a ptera and make catwalks on the outside of the walls and shoot it from there! Hope this helps 😊

Found a 150 male in one of the caves in fjordur. Separated it from the pack. Knocked it out and was going back to base after I put it on the tracker to see if I have kibble or something to get a better tame. Unfortunately I made it to base and he wasn't on the tracker and he didn't die because nothing else was in the cave when I left. I went back and he is gone. So I guess just have everything on you or the game will despawn it. Good luck

Wow so alot of people are taming these in more difficult ways. And dododex is wrong. A desmodus can carry these and is the easiest method. Just grab it and bring to where u want to tame it and bam ez. I can even face tank while shooting it with tranqs once its near knocked out and running away just chase it down by foot. Such an easy tame this way. Up so more people can see.

These things are so op in the wild bc they deal bleed damage. Also they live in packs and they have a decent amount of health. (Great tames by the way.) But I think tamed one should deal bleed as well.

Altogether a tough Dino but they seem to struggle against raptors if not in a group. Since the raptor can pin it down if it is not a high level or in a group it can easily be demolished so be careful.

Build a cage with 4 floors, use doorframes as walls and make the walls go up 3 or they will jump over it. Add a ramp and lure one away from the pack into the trap by running up the ramp and having it follow. I would recommend wooden since it will take it a while to break and easy to repair. You should be able to out run it as long as the trap is close by

Get a stego to drain its stam, it wont be able to run anymore since it cant regain stamina so theres no need for bolas.

Needed more cooked lamb chops for a lvl 90 between 12-14 on 1x

They can at least be used for getting from one place to another. They can climb on ziplines upright and upside down! Creepy!!!

Build a stone dino pen using fence foundations, door frames , dino gate. Then surround the outsides with stone pillars which you then use to place ceilings across the roof of the pen effectively beating the ravagers leap without the need to bola. Lure them in and lock the door behind them. Ive knocked out max level ravagers without issue using this method.

Most useful and easest tame lol their kibble is just cooked mutton and basically sheep for the mutton is everywhere you go (ravagers and sheep spawn in the same areas)

I’ve encountered these things a few times and all I can say is if you can avoid him do, But if you have to I recommend a strong tame that can take a lot of hits and can dish out a fair amount of damage

Have a bunch of tranq darts and bolo it.

I was breading bulldogs and was only level 25 in a thatch hut. I was out side imprinting a mutated baby bull dog didn’t see them didn’t hear them 3 ravagers attacked me killed my baby bull dog broke my foundation destroying everything…not fun

Watch out for gnash damage. Lvl 12 and 4 killed my iguanadon and trike in under 3 seconds. RIP.

Build a 4x4 pen 4 walls high (with doorways) build a ramp on one side and get a pack to agro on you. Have them chase you into the trap and run out the doorway. They take quite a bit of tranqs to knock out, but if you use cooked mutton they require no narcotics even for a 150.
