If you have tamed a ravager I wouldn’t try to attack other packs of ravagers until your ravager is leveled because the wild ravagers have a bleed and if you only have 1 ravager (unless it’s pretty strong) I wouldn’t suggest attacking another pack of ravagers or even just 1 because they can bleed and if a pack of 4 ravagers mate boosted and pack boosted........give up, game over you and your ravager are dead (unless your ravager is a hulk dog on steroids you’re probably not gonna live)

If there's mod Steuctures+ on the server, bring bola, vanilla fence and door frame. Bola him and make square 2 tiles high. Od make him flee by Bola him, bait him to the corner, bola again And than use half materials

Best early tame for abberation. Takes less fall damage(my fav), can climb on ziplines, and half carry weight on half of materials. Easy to tranq with longrifle, no difference in darts between primitive and acendent(about 5) for LvL 120, do NOT recommend tranq arrows 15+. Get one asap if you dont have a bird or rock drake, will make your life 5x easier.

Just like a dire wolf or raptor pack. Stay at a high elevation and shoot down with tranqs

Wyverns can grab them.Tested on a mod map

The best mount to get around aberrations especially when u live up cliff where there is no water you just need ziplines with ziplines and a ravager u can climb any where and did I mention normal iron rocks are found mostly up cliffs oh ya omost forgot they reduce Wight by 50% (half the Wight of the item) of wood rocks iron and thatch so a exlent early resource gathers because they are so easy to tame

Can be picked up with argy update carry list

If using a crossbow for taming a high lol, don't shoot it in the head, aim for the body. It has a better chance of death if you shoot the head.

If your tribe has a crab just us it to pick up the pack leader. Walk to base, and start tranq it while still in the claw. It will bite the crab but not enough to worry about.

Ez throw-back 4 spike in circle with small opening to hit with tranq arrows after bola. Any level ravager would work. Good tame lvl with this method.

Just bola and club it works from level 1-35 if done with higher level creatures it might cause death.

I don’t know if it was a glitch or luck but I’ve bread Ravangers twice and both times I’ve had twins. This was on a solo server.

Make a trap lure one in and tranc it. Simple

Shields are effective against these guys as shields don't take bleed damage. This can give time for your dinos to show up and kill it.

Note sometimes when I am doing this a ravager 180s over me,this jump over always results in an attack from behind so you should be able to turn around before it resumes it's onslaught, I find a wooden shield lasts 10s against a level 10.

You can pick up ravengers with argentavis even though it says that you can’t.

Bolas just bolas only thing ya need

They carry anything and cut the weight by half

Bola the one you want to tame and kill the others (you can bola the others while u kill 1 at a time). After u clear the junk rebola the one you want to tame and place 4 stone fence foundations in a square form around the ravager then place 2 door frame high all around make it 3 to be sure.
