The reasons that you should tame this thing, number one: these things are super fast, and if you get the red bandanna, they are literally faster than an iguanodon which is very fast! reason number two: this thing is an absolute beast. It can pounce on stuff when it ever does it when it’s tamed normally, it only doesn’t when it’s wild. reason number three: if you tame another raptor, you’re original raptor if it is a higher level will become an alpha raptor, which means that you can have a pet alpha raptor which alpha raptors can kill Stegos giant turtle, and even two raptors! so, if you have a raptor, you better work on taming another!!!

Tame a couple of 150's, breed them fully, throw on a saddle and go kill deathworms.

These guys are absolute beasts once tamed,a high level raptor(mines around max level on ark mobile) will decimate spinos.

It Will destroy anything that isn't a Giga or a very high level spino(could kill it) or a titanosaur.

Raptors have extremely high dps and are amazing at harvesting meat and hide. Their secondary attack is a pounce attack which immobilizes creature up to the size of moschops. They are great in packs as they have a pack buff and the leader can do a call which makes then even stronger. However their stamina and weight is horrendous

If you have 2 tek raptors different genders and about to breed. Remember to place turrets my tek raptor was killed by a theriz my raptor was unconscious cryo sickness boi I hate all killer dinosaurs I gotta tame a new one f and shit you theriz

Okay well where can I find a lone raptor to tame every time I find a raptor to tame they are always in packs for example yesterday I was walking up north 1 mountain (I like to call it rex mountain because that was the first place I saw/was killed by a rex)when I saw a lone raptor or so I thought it came after me I hit with my picaxe but another raptor came out of nowhere and attacked me I ran away but halfway down the mountain a blue raptor pinned me to the ground I tried to push it off but it ate me so where can I find lone raptors with no packs press up if you think there is none press down if you have seen one?

These are really useless dinosaurs,u could tame em if u want but they are bad hide harvesters + they are one of the most annoying species on ark,just get a high lvl iguanodon and ur pretty good

I have a pack of 10 Raptors that could probably murder a titanosour if not I call in the mega raptor aka Godzilla the giga

I have tamed two raptor one is named geicko and one is named randy

They are brothers the first one I tamed is randy they are happy together with all my other tames :) nothing can kill them.....ever

Kill and harvest a baby Dino in mobile and you will get a lot of prime meat

If you want an extra boost for your jump, try to first jump and then pounce while still in the air. If you use this technique you can jump across a river. It does not work if you pounce first.

A really funny thing you can do with alpha raptors is to lure one to a bronto using an argy or other strong flyer, make it deal like a few hundred damage to it, then fly away and get some popcorn as you watch the bronto try to attack the alpha raptor while the alpha raptor is minding its own business wandering or killing another dino. The more damage the bronto takes the longer it will attempt to attack the alpha raptor.

This happens because raptors don't attack brontos, and wild brontos can't damage alpha raptors.
