These guys are easy to tame and are great use a bola and a slingshot or trank arrows even a bat for a low level raptor is just use raw meat

Its ez to tame or kill these guys just bola him and smack em in the butt cheeks Then you can knock em out or tame em i lreand this form my brother cause he already tamed a raptor :)

This thing is actually very easy to tame. All you need is a slingshot with around 20-30 ammo and 2 bolas(prepare some meat to tame).

You're likely find them in a group of 3. Lite one out and bola it while it sprinting towards you, then fire 4-5 shots and bola it again. Make sure there's no threats around the area, it will take around 5 minutes to tame.

To tame them

Bola

Club or tranq (I recommend tranqs)

Then feed it prime meat or normal meat

Make sure to have a decent amount of nacroberries

Easy and useful for the entire game, bola and crossbow to the face and they're yours (a club can also do the trick tho) just try to find one that's alone

You can also just climb to a rock to tranq it but it's a bit harder

Once you get flak or chitin, taming these guys is much easier. Just get close enough to agro them, then bola and use tranq arrows. Kill a dodo or para if you are high enough level, and voila! You've got a raptor. Make sure to either tame more or get an opposite gender. Once you have a new raptor of opposite gender, enable mating and let them do the smoochy smoochies and now you have a raptor pack.

After I knocked this thing out 4 alpha raptors ran at the speed of light and ripped my clothes off.

2. 20-30 Narco/toxin (just in case if it gets conscious to quickly)

3. Bat (or use your fists)

4. Tranq arrows (only use these You don’t wanna kill it)

Now you are packed! Let’s get started now. Here’s some methods:

Method 1: find a raptor and bola it. Tranq the raptor and begin punching. Once it’s knocked out, feed it the meat you packed. After a few moments, it’s tamed!

Method 2: find a raptor and go to a high place and start shooting it with tranq arrows and bolas. Go down there and punch from the back. Once it’s knocked out, feed it the meat you packed. After a few moments, it’s tamed!

should be your first tame all it requires is a bola and a some meat. honestly ark should make it where it cant be bola’d but here we are you can get a couple of these and your unstopablle

Just a crossbow, tranq arrow, and a stack o’ meat

Bolas are important and crucial for the tame unless you have a dino or multiple people. Boomerangs are also very helpful, more helpful for me than tranq arrows just throw it a few times and go up and wack it. (Boomerangs mainly in scorched Earth but can be found otherwise)

Here’s how to tame a Raptor, it’s very easy! Also, I did how to defeat an Alpha Raptor, you can check it out! Ok, here it is:

First of all, bring some bolas, nothing wrong with bringing more in case you miss or there’s a pack!

Secondly, bring 30-50 raw meat, never tried it with raw prime meat, though.

Also don’t forget the narcotics, you can bring a club, or if you wanna shoot from a distance, bring a bow or crossbow, with some stone arrows, of course! You can hit it with your fists from the back, too.

When you’re ready, go to an area where raptors are located, I have some suggestions, like, Carno Island, or the shores of Cragg’s Island, Cragg’s Island is where my base is in ark mobile, and I usually find a lot of raptors there, also there’s some carnotosaurus, but they’ll eventually stop spawning if you build something there. Nevertheless, when you find a Raptor, bola it, then knock it out with whatever weapon you have, or punch it with your fists in the back, you can bola it, even when it’s still stuck because of the bola on it to reset the bola timer. When it’s knocked out, put the meat in its inventory, and… when it is tamed… congrats! You now have a Raptor! Raptors are very easy creatures to tame! I’ve wanted to tame one for along time. There was one on the other side of the island but I was to scared to go. But then it randomly popped up on my island after I woke up and I summoned up all my courage to throw a bola at it. I then shot some tranq arrows (about 4 with a bow) and I grabbed a soothing balm and gave it some meat and it was a instant tame. I got a saddle for it and I named him (well it’s a her) smokescreen because of his gray color.

I found a 220 level raptor and throw a bola on it then i use crossbow and traq arrows to knock it it take 5 arrow then i feed it parasaurus kibble and due to tamming efficiency it become level 322 its really very strong.

Bring at least 14 tranq darts. You might miss often. Aim mostly at the body of the raptor or the head. Bring at least 12+ meat for the tame. Get on a high rock and wait. Try to get the raptor to notice you. Then shoot. Easy make sure the raptor cannot get on the rock

This is how to tame a high level raptor

1- craft a wooden cage and put it then open the door and distract the raptor to get inside it

2- after trapping the raptor go to sleep so the hunger bar gets to zero and you can instant tame the raptor

3- after slepping start shooting the raptor with tranq or toxicant arrow until its knocked

4- feed the raptor prime raw meat ir just normal one (if you want the tame effectivens then use prime meat)

5- congrats you have a high level raptor if you found this tips good❤️👍

This is how to tame a raptor:

1- get a bola or craft one

2- get some meat

3- take atleast 5 narcotics for it to not wake up

4 - find one and bola it

5 - hit it with a club

6 - once you knock it out put the narcotics and meat in it

7- wait....

8-boom! A raptor!

Note: I recommend you first unlock tranq arrows, bow and arrows, since these guys do come in packs up to 2 to 5, I knocked mine out with tranq arrows, and it's also more effective.

feed it parasaur kibble it tames so quick here is the instuctions on how to make it: 1 parasaur egg, 1 cooked meat, 2 rockarrots, 2 mejoberries, 3 fiber, a full waterskin and a cooking pot. cook it and craft bola, find raptor (you can figure that out) bola it quick, hit it VERY quick it escapes fast then put kibble in inventory, and BAM! you got raptor!
