When i was new i dint knew about raptors and started to watch guides, i grinded for a while till i had 3 para’s and 9 dodos. I decided to go to the other side of my home in the middle of the night, then 5 Raptors came out of nowhere! Each started attacking my squad, i was the only one left and managed to kill 2 of the raptors.. Then i died… (i took revenge dont worry. I got flak armor after grinding ALOT..)

So I came across my first raptor on a beach near the volcano cave, she was red on top and black on bottom. So I barely survived tranqing her cause she wouldn’t give up, and so after taming her I named her Cresent Rose (it’s a red weapon in RWBY shaped like a raptors claw) and boy let me tel you! She did not play for a lvl 20! She took down a allo, a Rex, and and anklo! But one day I have her with me while I’m picking berries, and I turn around, and she’s fighting a Alpha Raptor! So I assist with my Acended bow, and befor I know it, he kills her. But she put up such a good fight that he was at 1200/2365! I spent 5 days hunting that sucker, but I avenged her. R.I.P Cresent Rose

Just got battered by a raptor when my pteranodon landed for stamina. I died, but the ptera didn’t. I got no death messages of the raptor or ptera, so I knew it was fine, but surely didn’t have long to go. I grabbed my iguanodon and my pack of 6 raptors, and hopped on my raft. We sailed round the southern islands till we saw on one of the beaches a raptor trying helplessly to defend against a level 54 pteranodon, with the carcasses of its packmates all round. I slayed the remaining raptor, and took the ptera home to recover. U will never like raptors till you tame them.

~ Silver's story Chapter Six (Or Seven, Still confused) ~

~ (Third Person POV) The female raptor had leaped, she was about to land directly on Silver when Stratus leapt sending her away from Silver, Silver had been crouched down waiting, when her eye peered open she saw what had happened, her eyes widened and she scrambled to her feet, Stratus bared his teeth, he was quite a few levels higher then the female, as the raptor stood up wet sand sprayed from where her feet landed, Stratus circled her blocking where Silver was "Stay. Down." He growled, the females eyes narrowed ~

~ (Silver's POV) Silver had rushed over to a tree and was peeling back materials, she scrambled to some sticks and thatch lying on the sand, grabbing pebbles, she began quickly crafting, she bit her lip as she had created a rough bola, she lifted up and whistled, Getting both of the raptors attention ~

So idky, but I really really like Raptors. I'm also one of those people that love all of my dinos and won't kill babies that I didn't originally want. The first thing I did on Valguero was take an Argy I brought from The Island and drop Raptors into a 3x3 corral. I ended up breeding ALOT of Raptors because I got carried away in the getting mutations and just having babies. Now I have roughly 14 Raptors. 12 of which I go hunting with. I can shred Rexes, Brontos, and Diplos in a matter of seconds and haven't lost one yet. 😁 I took on an Alpha Rex one time though with a mixed group of lower level Deinos and my Raptors and the Deinos didn't make it. 🙃

I was looking for a raptor tame and when I found one it aggroed on to a diplo, so I was just shooting the raptor while the diplo just knocked it back

A couple days ago I tamed one it was my first raptor ever and today it died to megaphiranas

I had a raptor who I liked a lot and once he(or she I don’t remember) disappeared, later I found out my raptor was in combat with a sarco and later won, I was happy and proud of my raptor

Other:

As for the creatures, i honestly have no idea what you’d prefer, but here’s a few thoughts:

You could do a “can’t mix” relationship. Two creatures that shouldn’t be together, like a cave creature and a surface creature. Or something totally different. A yuty and allo would work.

But then again, two of the same species would also be just fine. And to mix it up, make the friend another species who supports the lovers in a (preferably funny) way.

Like, say, (just an example) two Shadowmanes with a Dire wolf or Purlovia friend. Or literally anything.

As you can see, I’m not a specifics lady. These are all just suggestions. Hope this was helpful at least a bit.

Guys I got some bad news…my raptor died! It’s was lvl 302 eeri male! CURSE DIREWOLVES! it took some time to tame it…and now I make a grave for it with flowers🌹🥀 now the depths of my mind has nothing. Just memories of my nonexistent raptor…🥹😱😱😔😣😖🥺😭😭😇

SpecialRaptor here. Guys I’m telling u this rn. Something is changing for my story. It will stop at the overseer. Then the bonus chapters stop 2 sections after the overseer. Can’t wait for the bonus chapters! Don’t worry I will keep writing after my story and probably make a new one :) I’m sure it will have some romance and drama.

I actually had a base at a beach with my best Dino friend Fred, (plus red.) until at least 5 raptors, 2 alphas , and a TEK raptor killed them. I was so angry I quitted survival and killed all them. One up for Fred the dodo🥺

When I spawned in a pvx server I found a level 10 raptor. I started banging him with my bare hands but naked. I died atleast once from compys and the raptor. When I came back I hitted it with my bare hands it tried to flee but I chased him and knocked him out. And guess what? I didn’t even tame him bc I had nothing.

One time I tamed a raptor ( it was 150 max level ) I bred it with my other high level raptor and got triplets with the best stats so I named the new raptor Blue the next Blue was attacked by a somebody’s Giga and died I finished the Giga off with my shotgun.😢

I had a medium level one of these I was riding around on then a high lvl sarco cane and ambush me and knocked my off. I was about to die and was really scared because the raptor was my favourite one out of all of my raptors despite being the lowest level. I was nearly dead and then the sarco just stopped attacking and I turned around to see if it was eating my raptor’s body to see my raptor standing over the sarco’s corpse! My raptor was barely hurt and had absolutely clapped the sarco. One ^ = one badge for raptor
