Make sure you have spears. At least 3. If your on the beach low level and it sees you run into the water. There is a point where it wont go any further and turn around. You can stay safely out of the way and sink down where it cant bite you while thrusting your spear up at it and killing it. I have done it a total of 7 times. Beware though because alpha raptors dont care and they will swim and attack no matter how far out you go

Get on medium to large creture it will not be able to pounce on you it will do the animion but on top of your Dino and it can’t do dmg

When you are mad level these will still be dangerous. When I was level fourteen, I DIED to one that was level 3. High level raptor = death definitely any raptor = probably death. Name suggestion: reaper or death

Always be on the lookout for raptors they get so flipping annoying they are also very deadly a pack of raptors killed all 20 of my dodos (yes I have a dodo problem) and my 2 paras so please do be careful

This guys are a pain in the ass when you're just starting in the game and I hate that you can easily mistaken them for a Dillo and they are frickin hard to find when you want to tame one but when you don't wanna tame well they are f everywhere but when you tame one or two they are amazing : pov

When you see a pack OF LITERALLY 15 SWARMING YOUR BASE, just take an AR and a couple allos and then watch them burn.

There is a rare alternate called the alpha raptor and it has 3600 health so if you see it stay away

Sup gaz, If your one of those player Like me lvl 50, and has 40/40 tames and a therizino, bring it with you. The therizino destroys everything you want especially when defeating a alpha raptor, just remember your therizino (recommended) should be a powerful lvl 40. that way the alpha raptor or other packs of raptors is killed.

When encountering an alpha take out the raptors first then get a strong Dino to take out the alpha, it’s useful for prime meat

High vantage point atop rocks boulders etc . Sword kills with one clean slice . Allow them access to you from one direction always keep your back safe and unacceptable. The mighty sword is thier demise.
