Uses.

Hunting : these guys are usually underestimated in strength. In some youtube videos people say that you shouldn't try to fight trikes unless you have a pack of em.. kinda right.. if there low lvl!.. a high lvl can take on 2 trikes if it has a saddle on.. and the right amount of health and melee.. I have a raptor with 960 health and 40 damage per hit. And a saddle. And 330 stamina. And he could easily take on trikes and maybe even low lvl rexes.. and carnos!.. they also have there pounce ability which let's em pin down creatures and get a bunch of free hits without getting attacked back. And it usually means 75% death for most low lvl creatures that can be pounced.. next factor!.

Traveling : these guys are fast.. like in my opinion : 35-38 miles per hour. And they also don't use much stam.. 330 Stam makes my raptor hunter be able to run for 45 seconds.. and there speed is compared to iguanodons which are also fast af!.. when there in qaudripedle mode. Iguanodons. Not raptors. But continuing. Final factor!.

Some good stuff : there saddle unlock lvl is 18 and not hard to make. There easy tames.. just Bola em. And trang/club em out depending on the lvl and torpor they have. Can easily handle small creatures no worries. The only thing you'll have to worry about is stuff like therizenos and packs of raptors.. cause it'll take you a while to handle a pack and one raptor can pounce you of your dino and kill you and yo raptor. But definently a good early-mid game tame.. even is better then terror birds.. bruh gliding is ok.. but you can tame pteranadons for longer flights and better escaping. Raptors are still great tames..

First throw bola and hit them with how much tranq arrows or toxic arrows then watch them suffer as you hit them, then give meat once they sleep and if it looks like they’re gonna wake up give stone barrel of narco acid and the best thing to feed it is raw meat

Do not kill, drops aren't worth it

1. Find raptor

2. Bola raptor

3. knock out raptor(qith fists or wooden club or tranq)

4. Put in met

4. Now you have a raptor

It’s a must tame so I’m telling you how to tame one first get bola find raptor and bola it then club it until it’s unconscious then put meat in the raptor’s inventory then boom you got a raptors up so noobs can see and become pros

I recommend the raptor because it’s amazing for beginners.it’s a fast mount,good for hide and meat and their saddle is early level to get the saddle.amazing beginner Dino but become useless once you get a bigger carnivore

1. Get a few bolas and tranq arrows

2. find a raptor (if it’s your first time find a lone raptor)

3. Bola it then shoot like 2-4 tranq arrows

4. Give it some meat and it will tame in a pretty short time

5. Boom you have a raptor

You can’t bola alpha raptors: I lost my island with my friend and we had 2 raptors. His was a tek. Mine was named Usain Bolt his was named Fast Men.

These little turds can fit through single doorways now, so your little ramp trap won't work anymore unless you use solid walls and a flyer

If you want to tame these creatures, i recommend you have a saddle for them, and have atleast tamed 2 creatures.

The stuff needed: 1 bola 1 bow 2 tranq arrows 20 meat and a saddle.

Taming:

Find a raptor and use the bola in it,

Start shooting the tranq arrows straight at the face, don't use any fists or clubs.

When unconscious, add the 20 raw meat into his inv, Wait

And boom! You now have. A ridable raptor

On mobile if you Swipe down to pin a small creature to the ground. I didn’t know that for ages and it’s so useful to take out Dillos and to pin anything small that runs away. If that was helpful please press the arrow pointing at the sky!

When I was a noob, and saw a raptor for the first time, I thought: eh another small carnivore, probably as weak as a dilo... So I went to manhandle it with a bow, went well till the pack came, then one pounced and you know the rest. Be careful, they are far more dangerous than their size suggests

Hello everyone! This is what you need to tame a raptor:

First of all, get some bolas and bring more if you miss or theres a pack in case, then bring some narcotics and a club or bow with tranq arrows (or you can use crossbow too).

Secondly, you will need to find a raptor, you can find a raptor pretty much anywhere, i suggest to go to the jungle but be careful of the oter creatures.

Now, you need to trap and knock out the raptor you have found! When it's running towards you, getting ready to attack you, quickly equip your bola and bola the raptor. After that, bring out your club and start hitting the raptor from the back, or if you are using a bow or crossbow, shoot it in the head with tranq arrows.

Now feed it meat or its preferred kibble and wait, the higher the level the more time it will take to tame.

After it's tamed...
