Taming Tip #2
Raptor
First you need to get a bola some meat and a club
Find a single raptor or bring more bolas for multiple tames
After finding a raptor ( low level for beginners) bola it
Then go to the back and use your club to knock it out
After you knock it feed it meat or prime meat to easily tame

Here is a easy way to tame this creature
1. Get a few bolas (just in case you miss or a thereβs a pack)
2. Get meat
3. Find and bola raptor
4. Knock out with club/fists
5. Put meat in inventory
Boom! now you have a raptor!
I have killed 30 low level raptors and still can't find a good level 145
Step 1= Bola raptor or climb on high rock
Step 2= Tranq out (recommend tranq arrows etc)
Step 3= make sure not other baddies in area
Step 4= wait for the hunger to go about half way down
Step 5= after waiting give raw meat,mutton,prime,kibble etc

Tame a few 150's, breed them, and you'll be Chris Pratt in no time.
Honestly I use raptors for taming rexes and spinos but that's probs bc I can level health up by 1 and goes up by
a thousand

Taming the raptor is easy
Just get
A bola
Some meat
Club
Narcotics 2 or bio toxin
Just go to the raptor bola it
Then beat it with club
Give it meat
And narco or toxin
And boom you have a raptor

When I was new in Ark and killed multiple times by Raptor, so I decided to tame one. I bring bola, narcotic, meat and started searching for it. I found him and try to bola but missed and he killed. Again I try bola, missed and killed for 5-6 times then I thought I cannot bola him. I climbed on rock and try to tranquize. He was very fast I missed some arrow and hits a lot of tranq arrow and killed multiple times in this process. Finally I killed him just by using tranq. After a lots of day I understand that Raptor was an Alpha and cannot be tamed π₯²
They are the best starter tames if u live in danger areas I had a pair of them I breed them and now I have 6 I killed 2 high level allosourus and 3 therizino and 3 spino with them they are op of u breed right ones
If you are wondering how to tame a raptor you only need to have 1-3 bolas and a club or tranqs. Bola them and starting knocking it out then feed it meat.
