To tame a raptor or any creatures quickly,you need to make it starve for food,

For this you just need to trap the animal and leave there for a period of time,so it won't be able to get its food,

After you knockout the dino,you can put the best food you have. So maximum taming % + quicker taming %

Easy way to tame

Get bolas is your new

Get prime meat if possible if not normal raw meat

Get a club or a bow with poison arrows if possible

Then bola the raptor make sure the hit the raptor then go behind it and bow or club

Then once you knock it out you put the meat in the inventory and wait :D
