BE CAREFUL!!!!! if you are a low level and are on a mount do not even think about going up to one. they will knock you off your mount and ounce and kill you. i promise. one knocked me off my argie twice but i had god console so i didn’t die. (god console is vvveeerrrryy recommend!!!)

Here is a easy way to tame this creature1. Get a few bolas (just in case you miss or a there’s a pack)2. Get meat3. Find and bola raptor 4. Knock out with club/fists 5. Put meat in inventory Boom! now you have a raptor!

Cheap scum who will snipe you off your mount without warning and will hundred to zero you because you’re perma stunned. It doesn’t get better as you level up, they still dominate the top slot of most menacing and terrible creature on the island

Raptors do fit in door frames

Raptor pack buff has a max of 4 (Asa) if you have any more you won’t have the option to do the vocal call no matter which raptor your on.

How to tame this clever girl (knockout method, no trap needed) by ARKDude

Step 1: reach lvl 21, craft at least ten tranc arrows for low level, probably around 20-25 for high level.

Step 2: make a ton of bolas just in case there’s a pack you didn’t see or if you miss.

Step 3: find it, ooh baby find i-it (come and get your lo-ove)

Step 4: stand there, very still, as you charge your bola.

Step 5: when it runs towards you, at a safe distance, bola it.

Step 6: knock out with trancs.

Step 7: put around 10-20 narcotics in there and 2 times that amount worth of normal raw meat.

Step 8: protect it as it tames.

Step 9: whistle it on passive so it doesn’t try and kill dilos or other raptors (I lost a lvl 20 raptor like this, cause I didn’t whistle passive)

Step 10: if all goes well, you’ve got a raptor! Congrats!

Raptors are f*cking shzt ss they suck for sure

So here is how I tamed my raptor (it was lvl four so idk if it will work for higher levels…and this is for mobile so idk if it works for console/pc)I found this red male raptor and shot it with 2 tranq arrows and…it was down I fed it 28 meat boom I had a raptor lvl 4 and I named it red he is lvl 10 today and almost lvl 11 (I tamed him about 4 days ago)I made him a saddle and ride him around the beach that my mega base is on sometimes

First you have to throw a Bola at the Raptor and then hit it with the wooden stick. Then he's unconscious.

Easier tame than a passive one, each time I see one I immediately get ready and go after it fearlessly. As simple as:

1. Run to it

2. Bola it when it comes for you

3. Give it a good whoopin for trying

4. Feed it a couple meat (around 12 or less) or 1-2 prime

5. Name it after its colors :3

6. Highly suggest saddling it, they’re fast, powerful and pure awesome. Make an army!

If you have a bola, a club or a spear, there’s nothing to fear.

If you see this run or try to fight it but it it will jump on you. (If you are on lv 1)

The reasons that you should tame this thing, number one: these things are super fast, and if you get the red bandanna, they are literally faster than an iguanodon which is very fast! reason number two: this thing is an absolute beast. It can pounce on stuff when it ever does it when it’s tamed normally, it only doesn’t when it’s wild. reason number three: if you tame another raptor, you’re original raptor if it is a higher level will become an alpha raptor, which means that you can have a pet alpha raptor which alpha raptors can kill Stegos giant turtle, and even two raptors! so, if you have a raptor, you better work on taming another!!!

You can’t tame an alpha raptor why I don’t know but I’ve tried use shocking tranquiliser darts but not A percent of it looking out was there when I used my telescope so I’m very annoyed because I tried but it didn’t work I tried and tried but it never worked so don’t try anyway plus they’re very dangerous and Rare
