These spawn on every single ark. They even spawn on Aberration. I mean why? They are also everywhere in the Genesis Volcano, and very hard to spot among all the dark gray rocks. I was at a mission terminal and one just jumped me, doing 53 damage per hit even tho it was like level 20 and I was wearing flak. Thank god my Bloodstalker was on neutral XD

It doesn’t matter what level you are these can mess your day up bad

I fight one of them and they killed me

Things should be able to grab you in its mouth like the kaprosuchus and drag you underground!

If a Purlovia ambushes you (by lunging out of its burrow) you will get stunned. Like the microraptor, they can dismount you off of your mount. (if you are on one)

If your not careful, these guys can catch you by surprise, like land mines or geurilla warfare. They can unleash a stun, and knock you off your mount, however, they can be easily dispatched of if they can’t kill you on time.

I literally was riding my pterodactyl and I saw something. I went down and this joker jumped up and knocked me off and threw me in the ocean.

I got killed by one of these guys and he didn’t kill me right away I was lucky to exasperated and make him change corpse lol 😂 it was a GREAT day ppl (yeah u know what I’m talking about)

They need nerf bad because in ice titan caves there should be like 70 or more in such a small area like every step you take there's atleast five of them

They are so easy to kill with a stego

Just kill it it is worst then a raptor my raptor is able to kill so many of them they give good levels so there is no use of teaming one just go tame a dire bear and you can farm levels from them I hope you enjoyed my tip :)

I was going through ice cave getting oil nodes and I saw this a ran away cause thought it was dire bear

Thay are usd for stunning riders of a titanasorers or uler anemels and killing them

If you’re in central, crystal isles be warned this thing kill me riding my para when I was level 15 far from base, basically they dig underground and jump out when you go near them and stun you off your animal. Do not keep your animal on passive EVER when in central
