You cannot pickup with an Argy or quest any more until it is tamed.

Only tame low levels because these have awful stats no matter the level and should only be used for kibble (kibble for rexes)

This is great for an early on tame. They don't require much meat (spoiled meat) and not a large amount of narco berries or narcotics. They are also useful to tame other creature due to there sting. For later on, these are almost essential for a good rex, the eggs are used to tame them and mean the difference between lvl 190 and level 130.

Kibble is more effective than Rotten Meat; You will notice that the taming effectiveness does not drop when using Kibble, but rotten meat is faster. Use kibble later on for better levels and stats from taming! -Rawnsheid

Torpor bar drains quickly, despite of what DDDX says... You're gonna need around 150 bio toxins to tame a 240 one. And taming effectiveness will never be high, since they simply don't eat any kibble...

Guys you won’t be seen by caver dinos and bugs you need to RIDE it the saddle is easy and they are easy to tame you should find some in the first cave.

Raw meat works to it just takes longer

The best place to find then is in caves (lava)

If you run into a scorpion and sabertooth at the same time and want to tame both, you can actually get them in the same taming pen and then knock both of them out. They are not aggressive towards each other. I tried this and now I have a lvl 200 scorpion and a lvl 235 sabertooth.
