for starters, these dinos have a sting that can make your torpidity go up (makes you sleep) then they kill you. Beware, they mainly live in caves and near mountains. Yes there is a saddle and you can tame them with tranq arrows ( I recommend darts). They dont fit through everthing thogh.

Anyone else think they should be able to cary things

In mobile, their ability changes depending on where they are tamed. I mean like, if you tame it in a cave, it will get the cave dweller role and obtain an invisibility glitch. If you tame it somewhere else the cave though.. The glitch doesn’t happen. So don’t just attack a therizino going like “IM UNTOUCHABLE!!” You will die.

Outside Tamed scorps are not chill with the cave homies

Don't worry about lvl if you intend to use them for kibble

I keep running into these things in caves and if it weren’t for my wood shield I wouldn’t have escaped in time before the venom kicked in.

This is for mobile player's but if you're having a hard time with the Survive in area Daily pursuits, tame one of these bad boys in a cave, get yourself an otter then just chill in the location. Nothing will attack you and your otter will keep your temperature perfect. While Arthros are a lot tankier these guys are faster and can get places Arthros can't so getting on top of a mountain without a flyer is much easier. Plus their sting pacifies attackers so if you accidentally jump off, get back on and give em a good sting to calm them.

ATTENTION ALL ARK ULTIMATE MOBILE EDITION PLAYERS!!!!!!! Ya know how everyone says that if you tame one inside a cave, most of the critters in the caves won’t aggro on you? Well, ITS FALSE!!!!!! Every bat, scorpion, and spider aggroed on me while I was riding, even with bug repellent on!!! I didn’t see a centipede, but I have a feeling they aggro just like everything else.

For those that don’t know, the best way too tame these guys is with spoiled meat.

The best knockout method for low levels (both player and dino), only works well one singleplayer tho, because of how slow its venom takes effect. Super easy to find, tame, and maintain, ignored by just about every normal creature on the island, (mobile) and acceptable damage and torpor damage. You can knock out or kill any creature with this scorpion and most times they won't even fight back. (In the few rare cases when they do, they calm down after a strike or two, but level up some health and stack some meat just to be on the safe side.) Simply awesome, haven't touched the old tranq arrows for some time since I met these scorpions.

If you raise your fortitude it won't ko you with 1 hit

These used to be great for egg farming (regular kibble) but now that they can breed their eggs have changed and you can't pick them up!

If you're trying to work your way up the kibble tree these guys are a fast tame and produce medium eggs perfect for regular kibble so I would recommend to tame using spoiled meat and farm kibble

When you feed them spoiled meat gives 10hp each instead of less from normal meat (gives spoiled meat a new use)

Good combat mount, turns like a spino, can also climb very easy, TORPOR, small, Quick, i really love these guys

One of the best early game tames, it will make some creatures ignore you, and it also deals topor damage (more damage = more topor per hit). It is very mobile, and the best part is that when you use it's stinger to attack, it makes creatures stop aggroing you for a short period of time. It doesn't have the best speed and health, but it is compensated in one of the best tames you can ever have.

They are good tames for keeping thing knocked out if you have a saddle for it and have decent speed/attack. Better than carrying loads of narcotics for force taming.

Does anyone know why these guys sometimes have a metal axe and tranqs?
