These things are sooo easy to tame with a bola and any kind of tranq but if you get a high lvl it will be a good and loyal flyer for everything you need

The pteranodon using barrel roll while using a spyglass is a great tip as it insta kills any creature. But this works for every creature. I have killed an alpha carno using a rex in 10 sec with this trick. Just attack then quickly use the spyglass. But be careful when using this trick because sometimes the creature can also deal more damage when ur using the spyglass!

Bruh for some reason my tame got away cause I could not deal damage to it for some reason (I used a bola and knocked him unconscious and put cooked prime meat from an ad and his torpor was getting low so I hit him once but then the second time it felt no damage and it got away) someone help me I search the web but it says nothing I’m on mobile

You need to bola it and knock it out with a club. Use any type of meat, bio toxin, narcotics or narcoberrys. And to make sure there's no predators around. It will take a while and don't hit it or anything or it will wake up. And unconscious bar goes down fast and use at least 3 or 4 bio toxins and 2 narcotics also use 8 raw fish meat or just a few stacks just in case

Dont know why or when this happened. When u knock out your ptera n the ptera takes damage in the middle of starve taming the effectiveness goes down so is there still a point of starve taming ...?

Use a bola and bat but if you have trans arrows then use it narcotic will be necessary

To get chitin for the saddle kill trilobites and harvest with a pick should take no time at all

If you have a good stat one of these on pvp and your flying around and you see another player you can pick them up if your pteronodon has good enough stats and take them high into the air and drop them and kill them with fall damage.

Tame at least 5 level 1 up only in health another only in speed another only in stamina another only in weight another only in melee and then breed them and get really good pteranodons.

When you hang of it this smol bird only use for recon to detect other dinos if you want to bring your dino army i usually use this bird to tame some T-Rexs

To kill a pteranodon all you need to do is shoot it with a long neck rifle then bada bing bada boom it’s corpse comes crashing down to the ground.
