Have another survivor on your server you dislike, but stuck on PvE so you can't hurt them (and let's assume you don't want to risk kiting a titan, or be a dick)? Then have I got a solution for you!
Simply take the best Quetz you have, the largest platform you can build, and as many of these guys, Stimberries, and other survivors as you can carry.
All that's left to do is fly over A-Hole's base and have everyone force feed the Stimberries to the Phiomia, and watch as you rain down a disgusting mess on everything below you!
Pros: You get to rain a crap-load of dung on someone's base
Cons: Deals no damage and provides the means of making fertilizer
More Phiomia Utility Tips
If you're trying to tame a big carnivore, find one of these tuskers with a baby (Only Ascended). Kill the baby, and it will give a ton of prime meat with barely any effort. Now you that you have the contents of a meat eating buffet, you can feed your soon to be pets more effective food. I had a wild level 95 rex, and with just one dead baby phiomia I was able to get over half taming before it all spoiled. Hope this helps! -TrexTooter
