Fyi everytime i bola'd one of these over water they sank and drowned

Bola to tame as they fly away fast than i always spam with narcs

You can tame this pretty easily by finding one and waiting for it to land, then just bola it and knock it out with your fists or a club, I reccomend first crafting a club because it might escape from the bola before its knocked if you use your fists. Once you’ve knocked it out, put raw fish meat in its inventory, with a few, maybe 20-30 narcoberries and force feed it those when it’s torpor gets low.

Not really a starter flyer. Saddle is lvl43 so just get a petearon instead. Also idk if it’s just me but I needed a ton of narcotics to tame it, like 10+ wich is way more than it says so come prepared. Ichythesaurus is great for taming these just level out on top of the water and use a few tranq arrows then get off and take it while it floats. Make the starters see

My friend tried to tame one with meat he said it’s a bird it should tame with meat and I say it’s a seabird so he goes and tries to kill my level 300 tuso because I told him it was a low level (he is not in my tribe) rip lol

I used 1 bola and 5 fish meat and got one and im lv12 easy no need for narcotics just good timing

Occasionally one will fly away from the sea and onto a hill. But rarely. Try to wind up a bola and throw it at one when it is directly above your raft hit it with a club is ok or tranqs are better. Note: they don’t eat meat but they can eat fish meat and need a few narcotics to tame.

Even tho it says it's torpor drops slowly, watch over it cuz it will wake up if not fed narcotics. Mine one almost woke up a few times when I was taming it

I currently have a few of these they're easy to tame when I take mine I gave it 52 fish and it actually took like 2 seconds to tame. But these guys in a flock they can kill a rex! My flock obliterated a rex!

I knocked out a lvl 2 with one tranq arrow but sadly it was swimming and wouldn't come on land so it got to 72% taming and died

Only tame the pelagornis if it lands on a non dangerous place. Predators can easily get attracted if your taming in a dangerous spot (e.g an unconsious pelagornis can easily get killed by dilos)

For mobile, use compy kibble there aren’t pegos on mobile and fish will take too long and decrease the effectiveness

Just don’t forget that they only eat fish meat… nearly lost mine to hunger.

How on earth can you ride this tiny bird anyways they can be found around beaches and you only need like 3 tranq arrows and a bow on low level ones I recommend taming an ichthyosaur and killing some megalodon they don't aggro on ichthyosaur even when you attack them so get all his fish meat and feed it to tame your pelagornis also you need like 10 or so narcs have fun with your knew pelagornis

Although there torpidity drain rate I’d low, you’ll need a lot of narcotics. I tamed one that was level 45 and I’d say I needed about 30 narcotics! So come prepared
