For a lvl 20 pelo takes only one hour and about 15 minutes, if taming w raw fish meat

When trying to tame them, have a quetz platform and build a structure to make it easier to tame them.

These birds are hard to tame flatout above water. They cant be tranqued in the water but if u have a quetz handy u can make a 2x2x2 box out of thatch on the quetz platform then run the peligornis threw the wall and hes trapped. Open ur door to ur box and start shooting remember that the peligornis will slode forward so build door on side or back because the peligornis will slide threw the doorframe and off the quetz if its tword the drivers exit location on the quetz.. thank you good luck :)

To see this bird you may need to log out and back in because it spawns on water you can use a raft to tame it it this bird is good because it lands in water

Bola it on your quetz platform and tranq it no need to build anythong extra..

I was able to tame it with normal prime meat.

This is a battle creature. Mine only took half from a Giga and did good damage. Whoever said it was only useful for organic polymer and fishing, I will come for you.

Get one of the small seagulls with you, and make it go hunt fish. When it kills one, it will drop raw prime. Great for taming one, and saved me a bunch of time

Pelagornis can be orange. Also Violet, all you need is the admin

Yo when i was killing penguins in the artic with the pelagornis the weight reduction on the organic poly isnt working.Is it just me or is anyone else having this problem to? (I play on mobile btw)

If u put cheat fly on u can go under water.

Pelagornises have a rather stupid and somewhat annoying A.I set, especially in Ark Mobile where they will flee to the opposite side past your front if you punch them on their backside and then expecting them to flee away from your front side.... however, this type of A.I present in this tip isn't as visible or common in other platforms, thought it would miraculously happen because Ark logic...

Bolo it and beat the crap out of it with a club

Try to get on land trap it and use a slingshot,trank arrow or dart,fist,or club

These are great tames get one right now!!!

Upsides:

1.they are better then clubs at collecting organic polymer(I tried it my self).

2.can gain stamina on water!

Downsides:

1.they only eat fish before and after tamed.

2.their torpor drops quickly so lots of narcs are needed.

3.their weight,stamina and health are low.

You can't knock it out over water, it will drown. Follow it with a quetzal until it reaches land. Then bola it.

First you bola it if your not high enough lvl to unlock trank darts you can unlock trank arrows at lvl 20 and then with a bow or crossbow shoot it till its knocked out and make sure u get lots of narcoberrys or narcotic because they wake up quite fast and you will also have to get a good amount of fish meat
