I recommend finding a flat space on your map (I play on the Island), find a tek parasaur breeding pair. Get as many females as possible to breed with one male. Ez resources.

Can be a home security system. Has alert setting to tell you if someones at your base. Also, Dododex states that it can be bola'd. IT CANNOT BE BOLA'D. move this up so people can see.

So it turns out that the new update allows you to detect any player around you in a certain range. Now the Parasaur has a yellow circle that shoots out from it and it can help you detect people trying to sneak up on you.

If you put this near your walls you can set its turret mode to detect enemy players and/or their tames.

I just got the game I have raptor I ride my raptor and kill parasaur for levelling up my raptor.

The majestic Parasaurlophus, generally sucks. A bit annoying, you can't outrun so you can punch it out. Wouldn't recommend for players.

One of these can help you move at night when its dark using its sonar ability, using it takes 50 stam per ping (can also scare off small creatures (glowing eyes begone!) with its other ability).

Good for base defence if you tame 20 of them and you pump movement seed and damage

Eat it. At that time a pack of dilos came and I ran to help my parasaur but fell over from torpor. I heard snarls and moans, then I wake up to see my parasaur over 4 dilos, but one charges at him and kills him. I killed that dilo with my hands, and still do that today with every dilo I see. Easily the best starter tame dino.

Kinda hard to move at first but once you get used to it, everything should go down hill.

I personally just level it up just in Movement and Weight.

Mainly used for early berry gathering and fast movement around the map.
