Trap the Pachyrhinosaurus if possible, then knock it out with ranged tranquilizers while aiming for the body rather than the head. Its torpor drops extremely quickly, so monitor it constantly and keep plenty of narcotics or biotoxin ready; feed it Bug Repellent or suitable crops once unconscious.
