Tame a male and a female, breed them, level the health only, kill them cause the more theyre level stat is the more mutton you get (doesnt need to be at full health it only needs a high health level stat)
More Ovis Utility Tips
Breed it, feed it, eat it, repeat it.
More food means it grows back pelt faster
More health means it gives more mutton when killed
You should use Ovis for a mutton farm because mutton is like a less effective type of kibble. Most dinos Love mutton so this is a very useful way to use these!
Use scissors to shear them for wool

If you wanna get wool without having to get ovis by just geting vegie cake make a cage with dino gate then get a argy to transport it into the cage then just simply shear it with scissors.

Harvest their corpse with a therizino upgraded in power, you will have enought meat for taming the whole island !
There wool can be used as pelt!
