They spawn on the sw islands of ragnorok and are of course a rare spawn but sometimes spawn when you need them
I suggest using an argy to trap them somewhere until you need to tame something and when you do need to tame something

More Ovis Encountering Tips
Extremely rare. Best place to find these is in the stomach of another dino
Seem to be found mostly in the snow. Quite rare, but definitely worth dropping what your doing if you find one.
They sound like mincraft sheep.
I know you are looking for this creature so you can chainsaw it after breading them
Don't worry i gocha bro
Here are the coordinates you can find some of them waiting to be chainsaw ๐

I accidentally killed a level 150 ovis by bolaโing it then impaling it with a spear. I wasnโt even aware of how rare this actually was and I thought about killing everything in sight because I was desperate for hide.
The frist time I saw mine, I was on the edge of the redwood forest near a small stream. I picked it up with my Argent, so if you want to take it home and save it for breeding or tame meat that's the way too go.
These things are in mobile I found one in the snow biom and put it in argys stomach
Very rare, rather you to breed it for mutton farming
Easy place to find in Fjordur is Jotunheim, go SouthEast. The cold there is killer but the best way to stay alive I've found is with full fur gear, an otter around your neck, Frio curry soup to keep help with the insulation and med brews as well as blood packs on your quick slots. I recommend at least bringing 20 or more med brews if you plan to stay alive longer than 2 min.. a HOT tek canteen will work wonders if you have one.
Use a desmodus(Bat).
WATCH OUT for microraptors and other predators!!!!
OVIS are an instant passive tame with sweet vegetable cake!
Sigh..... all those ragnorok players with their ovisโs. Why are so rare on the island?
