Find an Otter near rivers and streams, then trap it or carefully carry it to a safe enclosure since it can move quickly and wander into danger. Passively feed it whole dead fish, preferably larger or higher-quality fish, and repeat the feeding when it becomes hungry again. Do not attack or knock it unconscious, as this will ruin the tame.
