Alphas dont attack Otters and you can farm levels like this making your otter lower the alphas healt and shooting it when its low. But make sure the alpha doesnt aggro on you or anything that is yours then it will attack the otter

The way to put a hat on them put on a flak helmet in their saddle spot and then put a cosmetic on it. Boom now you have a otter that is either cute or cool π
