I was taming a few raptors on single player since I’m mad that my main server is shutting down and my griff got pissed at me and got killed by our turret while tryna chro for new server, ( Krilligast my fav yellow and black boi 😣) but when I was taking I saw a lil otter I thought it was a Pegomastax into o saw it swim around I tamed it.

I had 3 otters 1 was a female named Bella and the other 2 were boys named Ace and Parker. The boys died in a fight that I didn't mean for them to end up in. 1 up= 1 prayer for both of my boys

I usally kill all low levels and take thier implant to revive them in the red oblisk inside a wall cage about 4 or 5 walls high to keep it in one place

I managed to get one a high level female and I was happy sending her out to catch fish for me and I see she didn't harvest the body of one of them and I went to go harvest it myself when I was about to swing the hatchet she zooms at the speed of sound towards me and gets hit by my hatchet, I felt so awful I let the Cnidoria stun me as a Megalodon finish the job

People say to feed it fish meat but it’s a passive tame you just drag a fish up to it and tame it I found it’s easiest to tame it in the water

For the perso who says take it in the ice biome, NO. I tried that. I did not work for me. Also, keep in mind, the ice biome requires 2 fires to reach cold. Even with a full hide armor set its still freezing. Plus most mammals there have thick fur, or a lot of fur. And its mode says HARD. Even on casual and easy mode. Yet bringing an otter when its half morning half afternoon, or half afternoon half night, when the sun sets, for that short minute you will be on cold if you have a full hide armor set.With otter, MAYBE you could get to normal. From all I know. Im only lvl 30. So dont excpect me to be accurate.

The only dino you can put up to 5 of the same or different artifacts on it and higher the melee the more it helps with the high and low temp, it makes for a very good shoulder pet for cave runs

Turns out you can feed it cooked fish meat on mobile

If you go to the pause menu push the two buppers YX at the same time and it will activate cheats and then type forcetame

and walk up to a creature and push admin command and it tames creatures.
