The Onyc is a passive tame: lure it into a small trap or safe area, let it lose aggro, then approach carefully while crawling in ghillie gear and using bug repellent if available. Feed it preferred meat when it becomes hungry, repeating the process until tamed while avoiding sudden movement or re-aggroing it.
