Good for making prime kibble, because of their large eggs.

I got a level 609 and leveled it up 300 more and then it could kill anything in one or two hits (it hit 1608)

Easiest superior kibble to tame early game

Early in game, go for lower level ones to avoid multiple feeds and getting caught out with difficult foods. great for eggs. Later in game I just pick them up with my flyer and take them back home to a pre-built pen. Then I tend to have most food stocks available and can feed as required rather than carry a ton of stuff on the off chance it will want it.

Just saying you can’t ride one on mobile

This is a must have tame! I got knocked out bye a troodon and this guy stormed in and destroyed it! Upgrade melee damage and movement speed

They can also be knocked out and fed berries. But it takes AGES.

When taming their random I found one that want cook Prime of fish and I found another one that wants tintobarry so so bring everything that it likes to eat because there’s a chance it will change enough so you can’t knock it out and tame it that way

Only take Berry’s and that’s all they’ll want

I’m on ARK Mobile, and tried to tame a Moschops. I had all the taming food listed, but none of the foods, were accepted as ‘Taming Food’. Next I tried berries and raw meat, including raw prime meat and raw prime fish meat, but none of them worked. Pleased it the up arrow so that Dododex can see!

Very good for early game harvesting and can hold its own against small predators eg Dilos and Piranhas. Can be hard or easy to tame depending on the taming speed multiplier. Not much utility outside of early game.

Kill it if it’s taming food isn’t dead simple.

You should never EVER tame one of these things, I once tamed it and I want it to attack a dodo or something, I don’t remember, but instead it ran off, and when I killed that creature, this idiot came back and started chewing on the dead body of the creature.

I got sooo lucky when taming a lvl 250 all I needed was Tinto berries THATS ALL I’m so #blessed.

Depending on the level and when you come up to it depends on what it eats. It will eat just about anything ranging from prime fish meat to berries to Giant Bee Honey. It’s a passive tame and might take a while so don’t stray too far!

If your trying to kill them have a bola and a spear

You can ride them. the gather rating here on thatch is underrated, I had a 150 and gathered so much thatch with it over encumbered me in less than 10 minutes may have been over 50k thatch in 10 minutes.
