If you want one in ark mobile there is one place suggest I saw 1 Everytime I go there go to the top left side near blue obelisk just the edge it is there with 2 plesio btw I saw it Everytime but I don't think so it will show to yours😋🏚️

To tame a mosasaurus find a cave make a behemoth door put it out the cave and hit the mosasaurus with dart or any taming ammo

With the platform saddle you can put turrets and all the stuff you really need for an base I tamed an high level one built and dome shaped base with turrets on top of it and used it for the underwater caves and melted quite an lot of Krakens and other nasty stuff ,since I also had my Frabicator I also could reload the turrets easy as well. Mind you make sure you use metal or higher since anything below would probably break after you get attacked by anything bigger then an megalodon.

Do you want an underwater giga?(say yes or else)well, ive got you covered! So lets get right to taming. Diff 6.5/10(scuba basically required)

Youre gonna need:

-any fast water mount like an ichy or a sarco

-a LOTTTTTT of tranqs

-highly recommend a good crossbow

-at least 3 behemoth gateway and 2 gates or if youre using underwater caves 1 gateway and 1 gate

-narcotics to keep the mosa asleep, i use biotoxin

1. Set up trap. Place 3 gates like this: | | |. Use even ground if possible and just keep one gate in your hotbar. If in a underwater cave place gate at entrance.

2. Trapping. Aggrothe mosa and lead it in, stay in the trap until its in or it will go sideways. Just put the gate at the back gateway once its in.

3. Knockout. Knock the mosa out cold. Kill or lead away all creatures that might interfere with your tame. Use harpoon launchers crossbows and bows(not recommended but works)to knock it out.

4. Feeding. Give it your narcotic of choice to keep it asleep while it eats. Exceptional kibble or above can be used or quetz kibble if youre on mobile. If you dont have that, just use prime meat or mutton.

5. And there you have it! A sea beast. They do insane damage and are extremely fast. They have a tek AND platform saddle that you can build on. As long as your mosa was strong enough you are invincible in the ocean. Anyway thats all folks, ill make a argy tip next.

U should really tame this beast, it deals lot of damage after u tame it. For the location, go find it in the northern part of the map in mobile and tame this with a itchy

Dont attack with meglodon or rex and pleseasour ( just a tip )

The X Mosa I just held with a squid for 48 mins was a 150 male. Was also on 3x if that makes any difference

How to fight: a swarm of high lvl sharks make short work of them, a max level basilo is also a good choice but a good saddle and imprinting would really help, these things do a lot of damage and are very persistent so high health is a necessity

How to escape: mosas are ocean gigas so if it can’t out run a giga, it DEFINITELY can’t out swim a mosa

Searched up north for 10 hours over 2 days no sign till I find a level 45 and I have to go back home and get my supplies and then when I get back it despawned then it respawned with a level 125 and kills me and my tames :/

If you have a squid, a high melee basilisk, and 2 tribemates you have a funny way to knock it without a trap

Easy to tame. Have good armor to tank a couple hits if need be. The mosa has a BIG turn radius so just kill everything around one then set dino away and on passive. Then shoot the mosa and swim on its right or left side and stay close but not on it and it will just keep swimming around you in a circle. Even better if you have a tribemate on the other side to keep it confused. (Also oxygen helps with movement so worth getting up if taming a few)

We tamed a Tusoteuthis and it is able to grab a mosa and keep it still. The Tusoteuthis also does torpor damage so it is very easy to KO. It can't attack while being held either

I have searched the ocean and these things are rare than a leed, plesio, meg, basilo,ammonite, eurtipid, and liopleurlodon💀💀

If your on unofficial find them near mushroom cave they spawn every 10-20 minutes on unofficial

A massive marine meat grinder that will eat you and your ride and screw your whole life, sounds fun to tame.

I mostly find these guys near the red ob I found a alpha and a normal next to each other there then I tamed the normal one and then another spawned

Notes about the obelisk they would all be completely submerged one in a chasm another slammed sideways into the sea floor and the green obelisk above the water but surrounded by rocks

By them self they are easy to tame. Kill everything in the area, have a somewhat fast dino, with a high health, a good saddle, and then just shot and run.

I got lucky with a ascended megalodon saddle so I put it on a 10k health meg and had it attack the mosa lvl 80 then whistled passive and it gave me more than enough time to tranq it

I'm wondering if alpha mosasaur would drop rocket launcher skin in ark mobile. Could anyone answer this?
